The building is not well maintained. The lobby bathroom stinks and is a tourist turn off. Units are minimally maintained. Bathrooms are dirty to yucky.

Das Gebäude ist sehr schön im Eingangsbereich und auch der Pool ist wirklich toll. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Apartment ist allerdings heruntergekommen und nicht sonderlich sauber. Die Schranktüren sind ausgehängt und liegen auf dem Schrank, die Dusche ist verschimmelt und dreckig. Der Schlauch der Waschmaschine ist nur provisorisch geflickt und so hat das Wasser beim Waschen die Wohnung geflutet. Wir haben über eine Stunde Wasser geschöpft und gewischt. Von der Vermieterin kam keinerlei Entschuldigung oder überhaupt eine Reaktion.
