It was a good stay! A beautiful new set-up hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the staff superb! All the staff members were helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Good but disappointed

Due to nation wide shutdown effective on 18 Mar 2020, the eateries offered only take-outs so my family after checking out ate the food in the hotel lobby but was told off by hotel staff. While i understand it is against the hotel policy, I thought the hotel staff could have been a bit more understanding given the circumstance.

great base for a Genting stay

The rooms are beautifully done and it’s really comfortable. The breakfast was nice and variety was there with a live egg station. Check in was smooth and the staff were super polite. Parking was ample and easy to find. It was 10 mins from the outlet and 25 mins drive from the theme park. I would recommend staying here.

Good hotel for family trip

Hotel is new, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good, a lot of varieties. Location is strategic. It is located mid hill on the way to genting. Petrol station, Starbucks and restaurants are within walking distance.

Nice modern room. Many useful facilities like gym and pool. The breakfast was lack of choice during the weekdays and quite messy during the weekend as the refill for breakfast take some time. Problem of this hotel is finding small cockroaches at my side table during my stay and providing insufficient bathroom amenities for my family and I.

Best place to stay to visit Genting. If you not planning to gamble and only sleep a little bit at the Casino hotels up top, here is quiet, restful yet you can get to the action very conveniently via Grab. Highly recommended because it is clean, friendly. Up top Genting area can be crazy crowded and not well maintained.

A nice surprise !

it is very new hotel. absolutely fantastic rooms and amenities inside the room. staff is good. Good pool and gym areas as well. What it lacks is any sort of functional restaurant. and they had no wifi!
