Nice room but room clean once every 7 days

Location within walking distance 700-1000m to restaurants and metro station etc Room were comfortable but room clean was not available if stay less than 7 days. Staff appear rushed , no caring attitude . Should you need to store luggages a fees of around 30 ringits

A Girls Weekend Away

The hotel location is very ideal. A nice walk to Changkat - where you get all the food stalls and pubs; Little India for a nice Indian breakfast; and the city access is generally convenient. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Car park is easy and convenient. The only issue is the elevator. It takes a long time to arrive. So not good if you're rushing out. The pool on the rooftop is alright. Good view of the KL Tower. The Restaurant is just good for bar snacks and drinks. Better to eat out. This is a hotel without breakfast facilities.

Apartment was in a decent area with a good pool. The property itself is a condo mixed with short & long term rentals and owner occupied units. It is 38 stories and only has four elevators, at times we would have to wait for 15 minutes while all four elevators went past our floor. There is no room servicing during your stay, which is fine, however our bath mat either wasn’t clean or was so old that it stunk out the apartment. Overall the apartment was okay for what you pay.

Clean. Good location, near Alor st and easy to get transportation from the hotel. The only downside is that there is no hangers or hooks to hang your clothes or towels in the washrooms or anywhere. There were like 2 hangers in the closets.

There are one big door, after open it, there are two rooms, the right side and the left side. We can hear every noise from another room. Like switch on the light, flash the toilet, chatting and laughing..... it was so noisy. Location is just ok. Purple line bus stop is very near. Swimming pool and the view from the room was amazing.
