Everything is good except some checkin customer that are very noisy in the middle of night like 11 plus pm ,early like 4 plus am ,6 plus am ,very unacceptable, 4 night only 2 night can sleep,not good if you are want a good rest every night

A relatively new hotel situated in a small block opposite China Town. Has a lift to the 5th floor reception area. Room was clean and they provided shampoo, shower gel & water daily. Daily housekeeping available too. Despite being right on a busy main road there is no noise disturbance. It’s a great location for restaurants, food vendors & markets. Central Market is a 5 minute walk along with lots of sightseeing spots. Would recommend this hotel for your stay in KL.

The check-in process was quite slow. There were three groups of guests waiting in line, but only one staff member was available and she was busy resolving an issue with another guest. Upon opening the door and stepping into the room, we noticed a strong, unpleasant odor of sour perspiration. Because the room did not have a window, the air felt very heavy and stale. The smell returns if you are out the whole day with the air con turned off. Cleanliness in the bathroom was also an issue. The toilet bowl had visible stains, and the floor was quite slippery. To make the stay more comfortable, we ended up buying our own disinfectant and toilet detergent to deep clean the space, and we chose to mop daily with floor wet wipes ourselves. To the hotel's credit, housekeeping did tidy up the room and replenish our toiletries daily. However, I hope management takes steps to improve their deep cleaning standards and staffing levels at the front desk.

The towels were old and worn, the building appears dated and in need of maintenance, and the floors were uneven. Additionally, the front desk staff was not particularly welcoming. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is garbage, filthy disgusting,hair all over the floor,looks like they never clean it,pillows disgusting, bed sheets filthy blood on the sheets.I paid 65 dollars for one night I don’t even stayed,I had to leave and got a different hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel even for free.
