"The location, staff & parking are good. But no fridge/mini bar in this price range? Ibis cuts way too many corners, the same as not including a breakfast. It makes management/owners seem cheap and leaves the guest with a bad impression. "

"Every room is wonderfully furnished with a balcony overlooking the garden, and the gorge. It is on the gorge side of the road so the views are good. Mohammed was very knowledgeable of the area beyond and was extremely helpful in arranging my transportation when it was time to leave. I highly recommend!!"

"I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish.
