El hotel esta muy alejado del centro de lucerna,pero tiene excelentes vista panoramica hacia la ciudad y esta muy cerca del atractivo turistico monte pilatus.

Is imposible fine the hotel by GPS and no body can help you because it med nothing, I had reservation and they not respect my room and finaly sent to me another hotel 30 kilometers far!

欣赏卢塞恩全景的好地方

酒店在山上，可以俯瞰卢塞恩全景，风景很美，周围环境很美很安静。公共交通不太便利，要走一大段山路，比较适合自驾的游客居住。有一面阳台靠风景美丽的那边，可以坐在阳台看日出日落。山上早晚温差比较大，暖气也很足

Hôtel type auberge de jeunesse

Hôtel limite auberge de jeunesse. Chambre glaciale, chauffage froid avec - 8 dehors. Housse de couette déchirée. Restaurant fermé et personnel à l'interdiction de faire 1 assiette. Hôtel en pleine nature donc rien à moins de 5km. Personnel très gentille et serviable.

It was peaceful stay... It was beautiful view from the room and we loved it... We would definitely come back again...

please mention before booking for this hotel, there is only way to go by taxy, its on very high hill, there is no public transportation available. I had suffered a lot with my kid, we had to climb on hill for 2 km. it was very bad experience.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Sehr schwer zu finden ist das Hotel, wenn Mann die Adresse im Navi eingibt kommt man ganz wo anders raus. Zimmer waren sehr kalt gewesen und es gab nicht die Möglichkeit die Zimmer zu heizen. Das Badezimmer war sehr dreckig gewesen sowie die Handtücher auch. Nachdem wir unser Zimmer betraten wollten wir es direkt wechseln und riefen das Personal es hieß es ist im Moment kein Zimmer frei wir müssen bis morgen warten. Das haben wir nicht eingesehen nach 10 Minuten gab es komischerweise doch noch ein anderes Zimmer... Auch das Zimmer war im selben Zustand. Also wollte. Wir direkt wieder auschecken. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und uneinsichtig. Das Personal war genervt und ist nicht auf uns eingegangen stattdessen hat man und keines Blickes gewürdigt und uns mitgeteilt das wir die Buchung nicht stornieren können obwohl ich schwanger bin und nicht in einem solchen kalten und schmutzigem Zimmer schlagen kann. Nach langem hin und her und Telefonaten mit der Zentrale wurde die Buchung storniert und mein Geld wurde zurück gebucht.

Hat den Namen Hotel nicht verdient

Wäre es möglich ein Minusstern abzugeben gäbe es 5 davon. Die Rezeption sprach kein Deutsch und kaum englisch. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und defekt (Stromdosen ohne Abdeckung, Dusche tropfte , usw). Das Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthaltes (< 4 Tage) weder gereinigt noch sonstwas gemacht. Das Essen im Restaurant war ein Horror ... ... ich könnte die Liste unendlich füllen und mit Bildern belegen. Alles in allem eine Schande, dass man sowas,in der Schweiz, als Hotel bezeichnen und verkaufen darf. Wenn das die Referenz ist, muss mir niemand mehr darüber klagen, dass Hotels in der Schweiz kein Kunden haben.

Hübsches Hotel auf dem Berg

Wir hatten eine Nacht Aufenthalt es war wirklich empfehlenswert besonders die Aussicht über die Stadt und die ruhige Lage

Worst hotel I have ever seen.

I booked and paid in advance for a lake view room. They gave me a terrible room with back building view. No TV in the room. Even No phone line. I asked to change and the answer was this is the only room available. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen.

Hotel avec vue

Cela fait plus colonie de vacances que hôtel. Une chaise fait office de table de chevet, pas de penderie pour suspendre les vêtements juste 2 crochets au mur.Les chambres sont propres mais très sommaire. Pour une nuit ça va.Attention check in pas avant 15h00. La vue est fantastique mais pas questions d'aller en ville à pied.

A great stay by the mountains

Had a great time trekking up the hill, and the view overlooking the lakes is breathtaking. Worth watching the sunrise from the hotel terrace, awesome!

overpriced mismanaged hotel with beautiful view

Once upon a time this must have been a great hotel, fantastic view to lake/city/mountains - like picture perfect Switzerland, terrace is perfect for drinks/diner overlooking the lake. rooms spacious and clean but filled up with random furniture, not taste/no style, reminds of a low category youth hostel. sticky air in room, personal had long lasting very loud and aggressive phone conversation outside, one did not feel very welcomed, up-front payment before room key was handed over, food bills could not be added to room bill, 15Euro for breakfast even for kids, overpriced mismanaged hotel, overpriced food - what remains is the beautiful view

tire de chasse en toilette cassé, oreiller pas bon, pendant trois nuits de séjour même pas une seule fois ménage n’étais pas faite car personne à la réception pour prendre clé, TROIS ÉTOILE??c'est une blague??Même pas bouilloire, est aucune prise pour le brancher non plus. Mais bon seule point c'est le prix bas et bonne emplacement, mais rien de trois étoile.

Atemberaubende Aussicht, jedoch dreckig

Das Bad war sehr dreckig mit Schimmel, das Bett war kaputt und ich musste mich auf die andere Seite dazuquetschen, da der Lattenrost kaputt war und durchhing! Ausstattung ist auch ziemlich alt.Ausserdem viele chinesische Reisegruppen, die sehr laut sind. Die Umgebung ist jedoch wunderschön und der Ausblick atemberaubend! Wäre es nicht so dreckig und kaputt, könnte es sehr schön sein. Frühstück war sehr gut und günstig.
