Weddings, group events accepted for additional costs. Steamboat 53 miles, Breckenridge 65, Keystone 56, Granby Ranch 46, Vail 81, Winter Park 61 miles. Trailer parking. Snowmobiles welcome, be respectful of staying off property and neighbors, stay on roads and drive.

Icy, dangerous driveway

The House was perfect, it was clean, organized, and slept 11 individuals without issue. Unfortunately we were there on a Snowmobiling trip which meant that with 11 guys we had 3 trucks with enclosed trailers. 2 of the 3 trucks at two differing times were stuck on the ICEY driveway and slid down to the street getting stuck. We ended up parking on the street and walking with gear up the driveway. It took us 2 hours to get them out. The snow plowing / ice maintenance was not conducive to snowmobilers. I would have a hard time recommending it.
