Newly finished top level has a master with a king and two additional bedrooms with a shared full bath. Large open layout provides an great space to relax and enjoy your trip. Large kitchen with a great stock of necessities. Large backyard deck to enjoy views of Sleeping Indian. Everything included you will need to rest and enjoy your time. Garage space converted into space for games and gathering (Shared with basement tenants). Complete with air hockey and ping pong.

Modern apartment located in the heart of Kremmling. Updated and clean with perfect access to Grand Counties finest recreation. Large open spaces provide the perfect retreat. Rafting, Biking, Hunting, Horseback riding, Snowmobiling, Skiing, ATC, etc. We have it all just our the backdoor. Nestled in the Rocky Mtn High Country Kremmling Colorado embodies the spirit of the American West. It is characterized by the determination of the pioneer, and the kinship of community. The valleys around Kremmling were home to Ute Indians, and the area was settled by silver miners in the late 1800's Still today, much of the land is populated by working ranches.
