Хороший отель
Прекрасный новый отель, оформленный в современном стиле с большим вкусом. Есть своё небольшое кафе, где можно достаточно вкусно поесть за вменяемые деньги. У меня был номер делюкс. Большой. Тихий. Единственное пожелание это тёмные занавески на большом окне! Мне их очень не хватало, так как я чутко сплю и просыпаюсь от света. Поэтому пришлось воспользоваться маской для сна.

Неприветливый персонал
Девушка на ресепшн (не представилась, без бейджа, темненькая, с татуировкой на правой руке) не приветливо отвечала на вопросы относительно номера и города, просили чайник - несли 25 минут, и то в кофейнике. Окна в номере выходили в соседний дом (меньше 50 м до соседнего строения). Желания возвращаться в отель нет.

Уютный чистый отель!
Уютный тихий отель, несмотря на обстановку "как дома" чувствуешь, что о тебе заботятся. Вкусно кормят, по-домашнему. Завтрак за дополнительную стоимость и всего 300р, при этом мы наелись от души! Стали фанатами вашего омлета))) Вечером посидели у озера, благо есть детская площадка и небольшой турник, попытались залезть на него, но после плотного ужина это не так то легко, решили оставить до следующего раза! Спали хорошо, кровать просто волшебная! постельное белье изумительно белое! Спасибо большое за гостеприимство! Рекомендую тем, кто любит тихий спокойный отдых.

Новый и очень уютный, стильный отель. Читал про плохую шумоизоляцию, не соглашусь, но может просто так попал. Все чисто, Мебель новая. Завтрак понравился - блюдо на заказ и буфет нарезки и прочие, кофе из кофемашины понравилось. Доброжелательное обслуживание, бесплатная парковка. Немного далековато от центра города, но был на машине и это не проблема. Рекомендую.

Очень приятный новый отель. Сотрудники отеля очень внимательные и всегда рады помочь. Отдельно хочется отметить кухню и повара. Потрясающе вкусная еда. Отель идеально подходит при поездках на море.

Проблемы есть и не решаются
Вытяжка сильно трещит. И не отключается: только вместе со всем электричеством в номере. Приходится постоянно закрывать дверь в ванную и то не сильно помогает. Дверь в ванную открывается в неудобную сторону. Холодильника в номере не было. Надо просить отдельно. Пришла какая-то работница кафе его ставить. Хамски себя вела. Говорит в нишу для холодильника ставить запретил хозяин, ибо она перегревается. Поэтому поставила его под письменный стол. Чтобы сидеть неудобно было? Представляю какую еду она там подает с такой ненавистью к клиентам. Завтрак не берите. Пишут что летом тутошние кондиционеры перегреваются. Мне повезло, за окном было не +40, а всего лишь +30. Кондер нормально работал. Но имейте в виду. Во всех номерах стул со скрежетом двигается по полу. Слышно и телевизор через стенку. И особенно сантехнику соседей. Прямо гул стоит, уснуть ночью невозможно. За все просят доплатить: от элементарных тапочек до вида из окна. Тапки и зубную пасту везите с собой. Свет в коридоре слишком быстро выключается. Не успеваешь достать карту. Створка в душе ходит вокруг своей оси и легко отодвигается. В итоге все равно вода на полу после душа. Не докладывают рулон туалетной бумаги. Одним утром начали колотить и сверлить в соседнем номере. Интернет слабый, не более 300 кбит. Мебель новая, стены еще пока не заляпаны. Пол в ванной подогревается. А в комнате каменный, без покрытия. Всего 3 полотенца. Окна выходили на прохожий двор. Из-за озера огромная влажность в жару.

Отличный, новый и уютный отель
Проживали семьёй(жена и сын 5 лет)2 суток, приехали пару дней от родителей живущих в р. Адыгея погулять по Краснодару(парки развлечений, центры отдыха, магазины). Отличное тихое место на берегу небольшого водоема, на нем кстати рыбачки сидят частенько. До остановки трамвая метров 50 которые идут в центр без пробок за 20-25 минут, до парка солнечный остров две трамвайные остановки, недалеко до развязок и аэропорта.Вкусный завтрак приготовленный хоть и по выбору заранее, но вкусно. Все новое и свежее, ещё понравилось, что кроме вывески про запрет курения в номерах висит четкое предупреждение, что в случае обнаружения запаха или следов курения посетитель оплачивает дополнительные сутки проживания на дезинфекцию и штраф 5000 рублей(я кстати сам курю и мне не трудно выйти на крыльцо, но прокуренный номер это ужасно).На территории отеля нет бара, алкоголя нет. Перед отелем крохотная детская площадка, которая при этом заботливо протирается. В целом с учетом цены очень рекомендую для семейного отдыха и деловых поездок с ограниченным бюджетом.
