"При заселении назвали другую стоимость, после моего твёрдого желания либо заселиться за указанную в брони цену, либо отменить бронирование, попытались ещё раз взять при оплате по карте хотя бы немного больше искомой суммы. Пришлось поругаться и тогда со скрипом взяли ровно названную стоимость. Но потребовали 200 рублей - залог за ключ, его слава богу вернули при выселении.
