"We stayed in Appartment Helena number 4, a spacious 2 bedroom appt on the first floor. The kitchen has an electric hob and a fridge. The balcony has a wonderful view over the mountains. Downstairs in the basement there are laundry and drying rooms for customers' use. Clean sheets and towels appeared about halfway through our stay. Owner and staff very friendly and welcoming. "The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."
