"The resort is beautiful. Our room (1 bedroom) was perfect. Facilities were excellent. Food ranged from good to incredible, really a hit or miss. The pool was beautiful and the location was just what we wanted right on the water. Bar staff very friendly as well. We did have an odd incident for which we never received a satisfactory answer. Upon waking our second day, we noticed that the door to adjoining room (not ours) was open. The door on our side was open as well as the door to the other room. The other room had been unoccupied, but it looked like someone had slept on the bed. The rear sliding door going out on the patio was also open for the other room, and upon closer inspection, I noticed that there was a key in the sliding door - on the outside. We went to the front desk and they said that "You might not have locked the door between the rooms. Yesterday we had pest control go in and spray that other room." They then suggested that "The wind" might have blown our door open. If so, why were BOTH doors open? Why was there a key in the door? Why had someone slept in an empty room. Just to highlight that NOTHING WAS TAKEN FROM OUR ROOM. But the response we got was unsatisfactory and, frankly, ridiculous. Only blemish in an otherwise great trip, but it did make us paranoid (putting a chair under the doorknob, etc) for the remainder of the trip."

"Just across the road from a great snorkelling and swimming beach. Staff was very friendly. Resort has a nice restaurant. The goat cheese pizza might be the best pizza I have ever eaten. Hotel rooms had full kitchen which meant we could cook a number of meals ourselves. Had a great time."

"We are a family of 5 - kids are 22, 18 and 15. The property is wonderful! Very clean, great amenities, fully functional kitchen, and lots of extras like a cooler ice packs for when we ventured out. We like to cook and had everything we needed - including a grill! Checkin was super easy - Caprice picked us up at the airport. The truck that came with the house was priceless! We were able to see remote areas that you can only get to with a truck. The pool was wonderful. The opportunity to use the ladder on the seawall to climb down and snorkel was incredible! We visited many dive sites around the island during our week there and determined that we had the best experiences right off the back of the house, including seeing two octopuses and daily visits from turtles. The house is open and sometimes we had pesky birds fly in to steal tomatoes (lol). My only suggestions for improvements are as follows: dryer to go with the washer as it takes too long to airdry the beach towels and our clothes, more ceiling fans in the non-airconditioned parts of the house (living/dining room) and one down on the deck above the dining table (to help keep the air moving and keep the bugs away), hooks in the showers. There are no doors on the bathrooms, which wasn't a problem for us, but could be awkward for some. We loved watching the sunset every night from the downstairs deck. We've already convinced friends to return with us next year. Highly recommend Bonaire and highly recommend this property!"

Villa Atlantis

"Very spacious house with large deck and pool area. House is very well maintained and appointed. Large laundry room with additional full-size fridge/freezer (graciously filled with beer for us before our arrival) which was helpful to have for overflow groceries, We hired Chef Roy (Konenchi Private Chef) to prepare dinner at the house, and he had plenty of room and serving items to craft his delicious meal. etc. The host communicated proactively before our arrival and the house manager was very helpful during our stay with logistics, house questions and recommendations. Note: All bedrooms and one lounging area in downstairs common space have in-room AC units. Other common spaces like foyer, kitchen and living area are not air conditioned. Temperature can be improved by opening large sliding glass doors and front door to create air flow but generally those areas remained pretty warm. Swimming and snorkeling are great just in front of house, although entry/exit requires getting up and down a ladder. Fine for most of us but not an option for anyone with mobility issues.Overall great house and great stay in Bonaire!"

"We loved our stay at Delfin's. While our villa didn't exactly have a view to speak of, it was clean and comfortable and the walk down to the private beach and pier to swim and snorkel from was short. The restaurants on the property were great with wonderful views of the sea at sunset. The cleaning crew came to check of we needed them every day and even decorated our bed for my birthday."

"The Bellefonte has been by far the absolute best place I have ever stayed. The views are amazing! You literally have everything at your fingertips. It is very close to just about everything there is to do. The rooms are more than you can ask for and the service is immaculate! If you're going to Bonaire, the Bellefonte is where you should stay."
