I was upgraded to a balcony room of my own with an ocean view. I was impressed. For those that come to scuba dive, totally amazing. The resort’s reef, has high biodiversity of marine organisms. Cleanliness, staff customer service is on point. They didn’t serve much local food but no worries. Overall 9/10

First time on Bon Aire. Was not prepared for how quiet it was. The dive shop at Divi Flamingo was extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant ( Chibi Chibi) was delicious and there was a good variety. It would have been nice to have some music playing at the pools to break up the silence.

Pros: use of snorkel equipment nice variety of breakfast kitchen was well equip close to town beautiful vegetation small, relaxing vibe staff was very helpful and friendly beach towels Great reef at your feet for snorkeling Wonderful water pressure and shower Plenty of chairs and umbrellas Cons: Broken hot tubs Limited dinner menu Construction on the main pool not completed by the end of Sept. as they said Reef ramp had one bad board that was not fixed in 6 days!! Other pool needed to be cleaned better

Divi Bonaire was an amazing place to stay. We loved the ability to snorkel right off the different docks on the property. The place was not overly crowded and the staff was very helpful. Not a whole lot of food options on site, but that should not be a deal breaker for anyone since there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Great central location and definitely recommend.

We booked a renovated deluxe oceanfront room for a week in August 2026. Highlights of the resort were the friendly front desk, security, restaurant and bar staff, views, snorkeling directly from the resort, proximity to town, pools, comfortable beds and quality of the food at the restaurants. Lowlights were the malfunctioning AC in our first assigned room (which was running but not cooling), the sewer smell and drain flies in the bathroom of our second assigned room (we killed at least 50 over 5 days) and the condition of the bathroom (for example mildew in the grout, loose toilet seat and rusty door stop). Overall, we give the resort 4 out of 5 stars for our stay.

Shout out to Housekeeping! Our room was pristine and maintained daily. There are some grounds maintenance projects going on, but all of the other areas were beautiful. The front desk, dining, bar, and security staff were welcoming and helpful. I had a couple of first time young, teenage boys with me and I felt completely comfortable allowing them to free range the property. Thank you for making their first international trip so much fun!

The ocean view, reef, dive shop staff, and pools made our trip amazing. We loved our visit especially the treatment we received from Greg’s dive shop staff ET, Jackie and Poppy made sure we were comfortable and taken care of while diving from the docks.
