My daughter and i had a great 5 night stay. The room was plenty big enough for us. We spent most of our time exploring, however the room was comfortable and clean and just what we needed.

Not a great experience staying here! We got 2 twin beds pushed together instead of a double bed which was very uncomfortable for the two of us. The only saving grace was the location which was quite accessible to the main town centre.

Very clean comfortable room with tea making facility, quiet area.Easy walking to shops and old town city centre. Arrival instructions and key code sent to me before my arrival. Very reasonable charge for room.Travelled as lone female and felt very safe . Would recommend this accomodation.

Overall I am not sure I would stay here again. We found mold on the pillows (under pillow covers) and covered them with towels to sleep. We had no choice getting in late and night but to just deal with it. The location is decent and communication is good and its a quiet place. But I would rather pay a bit more and go to an actual hotel in future.

Our stay was good, main concern is no fridge which would be beneficial especially when the weather is hot. The location is just a short walk to centre of city and to small cafes/restaurants for a good selection of food to suit most if not all tastes. Overall a good place.

Liked the location. Easy transport link to Krakow city centre. Comfortable beds. Nice room. Halina, the receptionist most helpful as we had a delayed arrival, and booking tours through her office was very convenient. Would stay here again.

While the room was very nice the air-conditioning hardly worked and the worst thing about the place is, there's no staff!! I was left stranded at 10:30 p.m.! No info, nothing. By chance, a guest helped me to get codes I never received.

It was a great location. I only took points off due to two things- 1) They had a desk to work at, but no chair (I used the table by the couch. 2) The air-conditioning was not enough during the hot summer days (although at night it was cooler). I bought a little fan that helped a lot. And I did not complain (I am sure they would have brought me a chair). Just being picky, but if they had a small fan during the summer months, I'd come back. Communication by them was fantastic, and it was a clean place next to everything you could imagine. Give it a try!

Nice OldTime place!

The name says it all but don't let that discouraged you. If you don't mind a walk towards old town and really have a budget this is an ideal place. We are a family of six so the option was to have two rooms - adults in one and children in the other and it was booked that way with Hotels.com. On arrival - 2 rooms with only double and single in each. So the girls took over the one and our son got the short straw. His first comment the next morning is 'you snore, loud' - mind you I did have couple of cheap beers ;) Eh, that's why I booked two rooms. Ah, we had a power cut too that morning and the following but luckily our devices were fully charged. I found the bed to be comfortable, communication with the team by WhatsApp or this app was prompt. Location wise - good for us as there are trams either side and the main railway is about 10min walk for the out of town excursions we did, but we did Taxi from and to the airport - saved dragging our cases as this was a pit stop before heading out to the Med, for Sun, Sea and beach. I would return if I was ever planning on returning.

Rigtig god beliggenhed tæt på stationen og den gamle bydel og sporvogne i et roligt kvarter. Stort og dejligt værelse med el- kedel og kaffe/the. Lidt varmt om natten, da der ikke er aircondition.
