The hotel is in a great location, bordering the Old Town. It was very clean, quiet and safe. I was a bit disappointed there were no real public spaces or a bar, except the restaurant where only breakfast was served and the TV remote needed new batteries I think as I couldn't get it to work. However these are minor matters. The staff were helpful and polite.

Great Location

This hotel was in a wonderful location. Close to everything. It was very nice. The bathroom floors were heated which was very nice for November. The breakfast was wonderful. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent all round

Reception was very welcoming and helpful. Room was very spacious and quiet. Bed was very comfy. Hotel is 2 minutes away from main square and a 10 min walk from main train station.

A group of ten of us have just returned from a fantastic visit to Krakow. The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to the bars and shops and the main square. Despite this it was extremely quiet both during the day and at night. The rooms were outstanding. the level of service from the staff was second to none. This is without doubt one of the best hotels myself or my friends have ever stayed in. No minus points at all!

Loved this hotel. Beautiful large room. Parking was only about $8 for 24hrs. And close. Public transport was few 100 feet away just before the parking. This hotel was just inside the old town. Stepping outside the door, with in 5 minutes, you had everything, bars, clubs, restaurants, shops, and best of all, the beautiful square all lit up at night. Seemed like a dream. We had been this trip to Vienna, Budapest, Prague, but Krakow was the most beautiful city center. There is a bar, restaurant, theatre under an 11th century Tower in the square. These cave cellars are amazing.

It’s in a great location a couple of minutes walk from the main square, so it’s a bit quieter. Our adult daughter shared a room with us which was lovely and large. Breakfast offered a good choice of continental food. Staff very helpful and friendly. If using Bolt they stop right by the hotel.
