La localisation est idéale. L’hôtel est bien tenu. Le service n’est pas la force de l’hôtel. Je n’ai pu, par exemple, joindre personne pour savoir s’il y avait la possibilité de stationner provisoirement pour déposer mes bagages à l’arrivée. Je n’ai pas eu d’aide, non plus, quand j’ai demandé à la réception, après avoir dû me débrouiller, quel était le parking le plus proche de l’hôtel.

Well located charming Polish hotel

Excellent location. Seemed like a traditionally Polish hotel. Room was amazing - lucky to be on the first floor though as there is no lift and there didn't seem to be anyone to assist with luggage (not a problem for us, but could be for others). Receptionist became friendlier as time went on (!) and proved to be very helpful when required. Breakfast was more than sufficient with a fair amount of variety. Waitress was lovely and friendly. Just a few minutes' walk to the main square of Krakow but far enough away from any noise, although there was more noise outside on the Saturday night. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if back in Krakow at any time.

Tunnelmallinen hotelli, ihanat huoneet, loistava sänky. Jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin. Aamiaisella muroja, mysliä, leipää, hedelmiä, tilauksesta yksi lämmin aamiainen/henki. Ainoa miinus on hissin puuttuminen. Huoneemme olivat sviitit, joista toinen, huone 33 oli ullakolla. Ei tarjottu apua matkatavaroiden kanssa. Muuten henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Huoneeseen oli mahdollista tilata ammattitaitoinen hieroja.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and the hotel bathroom was huge. The hotel was very near the old town square. I would stay here again when I go back to Krakow.

Har bott på hotellet tre gångestr tidigare alltid trevlig och tillmötesgående personal Frukosten fmed meny för olika önskemål Åt middag där sista kvällen kan bara ge toppbetyg där också.. Nämnas bör närheten till Rynek med Mariakyrkan utesserveringar och restauranger.

良いホテルとは聞いていましたが、想像以上に素晴らしく、大満足でした❗ 部屋のインテリアも落着きがあり、リラックスできましたし、朝食も見ため味わい共に素晴らしかったので、ランチやデイナーで出掛けたレストランの影が薄れてしまいました。スタッフみなさん感じが良く、ホテル内どこに行っても安心感と癒しを感じることができました。また是非訪れたいホテルです。

Fantastiskt litet hotell i Gamla stan

Vi var jättenöjda med Hotel Mikolaj! Läget är utmärkt och personalen var mycket trevlig. Rummen var rena och rymliga med fin inredning. Dessutom var frukosten fantastiskt god. Vi skulle definitivt välja att bo här igen om vi kommer tillbaka till Krakow. Det enda som kan vara värt att nämna är att hotellet varken har hiss eller luftkonditionering.

Excellent staff and the worst WIFI ever

The hotel is conveniently located in the main square area, but on a rather quiet street. The staff are really friendly, the breakfast is really yummy. However, major downside was the quality of the WIFI, which was really not working (on any of the floors)! This is extremely inconvenient, especially when you're trying to plan out your activities. I believe in the current day such bad WIFI connection in a hotel is unacceptable.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt (der Nachteil ist, dass es nachts relativ geräuschvoll werden kann). Das Zimmer war für eine Städtereise in Ordnung, wirkte allerdings altmodisch und teilweise ziemlich abgenutzt (z.B. Fussboden). Nervige umständliche TV-Bedienung mit zwei Fernbedienungen, laut ratternde Lüftungsanlage im Bad - solche Details zeigen, dass eine gelegentliche Auffrischung der Zimmer für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse sicher angebracht wäre. Zum Frühstück kann der Gast von einem kleinen Buffet und zusätzlich zwischen verschiedenen "Menüs" wählen (skandinavisch mit Fisch, polnisch mit viel Fleisch, deutsch, englisch, französisch oder eine Omelette mit frei wählbaren Zutaten). Das feine Frühstück ist nebst dem stets freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal sicher der Hauptgrund, um dieses Hotel zu wählen. Fazit: noch empfehlenswert, aber mit gewissen Abstrichen.

Sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage, toller Service.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist jedoch sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war einfach aber schön ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Charming Hotel off Main Market Square

Wonderful hotel off the main market square in the old city. Reasonably priced room with comfortable bed, LARGE fan (no a.c.), clean bathroom with amazing water pressure in shower. In addition - breakfast (included in stay) in the morning was awesome. It was the usual spread of bread/butter/jams, cereal and yogurts, but with eggs and varied coffees made to order. Only word to the wise: no elevator, which some might need. Also - read some reviews in which people noted there was a lot of noise from the outside (I.e.: drunk people, bottles being trashed). However, our room faced the street and it was very quiet; although that could have been because we had the fan in full-blast! Would highly recommend and would stay again.
