We had a fantastic stay in Krakow and the H12 hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from the main square. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Free water in the rooms and free coffee and cakes in reception were a nice bonus. Buffet breakfast was always well stocked and included a variety of Polish hot and cold dishes. Hotel happy to look after your luggage on checkout.

Tidy, clean and great value.

Great hotel, close to the Christmas market and many other attractions in Krakow. Would definitely stay here again if ever visiting the city.

Wonderful boutique hotel with 20 rooms in an excellent part of the city located near all the restaurants in the world - staff provided extra pillows and arranged a staff driver to take us to the airport at 4:30 - very helpful

Lovely hotel in the heard of Old Town

Beautiful hotel located in Old Town Krakow. The rooms were modern and clean, breakfast was most than I expected and they conveniently allowed me to store my luggage while I toured around the city.

The property was advertised as having a gym and there were three VIP Access perks listed by Expedia. These included breakfast (which was decent), some extra points and an upgrade, if rooms were available. However, although an upgrade was possible (which was available available during the stay) I decided to book. There was gym and no upgrade was provided on day 2 either. If you want to sleep in a little while, avoid rooms room 501 and others ending in 1. They are next to a noisy lift which is relentless. I tried to resolve matter with manager who wouldn't deign to come to receiption and receptionist told me that there was no type of room to upgrade to, so it is a meaningless offer. Expedia has failed to properly resolve this as it still has VIP Access with upgrade.

Wonderful End to Our Vacation

We stayed at Hotel H12 for 4 nights at the end of our trip, which was wonderful. The location was very convenient. The hotel was clean, bright, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again!

A wanderfull experience

The location of the hotel is wonderfull! Very close to the old city.Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.We love specially the roof cafe at the music academy .The hotel staff was very nice and always ready to help us

Cosy and really clean

Very pleasant hotel, friendly staff, very very clean. We loved it instantly. Our room had an amazing view on the old fashioned sw.Tomasza street. Only 3 minutes walk to the main square. Very good and cheap milkbar few meters away too. Can’t fault anything at all. After our check out We have received nice little parcel with apples :). Next time we come to Krakow we will definitely book the same hotel. Perfect.

Huone siisti. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisiiä ja avuliaita. Lämmin aamupala oli sama joka päivä. Olisin kaivannut vaihtelua siihen. Esimerkiksi paistettua pekonia ja perunaa ei ollut ollenkaan tarjolla. Hotellin edustalla voisi olla muutama tuoli ja pöytä missä voisi istuskella. Kaikenkaikkiaan henkilökunta ja huone niin hyvää, että voisimme tulla uudestaankin😊
