For someone that just wants a place to sleep in, the rooms were perfect. Situated in an old building, condition arent terrible but not hotel level. Towels were a bit dirty, might be good to buy new ones. Bed was with fresh covers. TV was working. Perfect location in the old town. Overall, really happy with the stay.

Great location for easy access to Old Town
This was our first trip to Krakow. The guest house is very conveniently located and made navigating Old Town and learning trams/buses easy. All of Old Town is an easy route. The Guest house is inside a courtyard and very quiet. The kitchenette was basic, but let us enjoy local foodstuff from markets and shops. Everything was clean and well presented. We loved having all the restaurants and sites at an easy route. The location is close to the main bus and train station as well as Galeria, just a short walk via pedestrian tunnel.

Great Location!!!
The apartment was in a great location and very spacious. Everything you need is provided and many attractions are just a few minutes to walk to. Highly recommend breakfast at the hotel.

IDEAL
These are perfect apartments for a short break. Ideal location to walk everywhere. Basic apartments, but all you need and cleaned every day. Reception and breakfast at the close by Elector Hotel, which is a 1 minute walk away. The staff are really good. Second time I've stayed here within 2 years, and I couldn't recommend it enough.

hotel is just ok, no frills, no thrills. noisy on weekend due to stag parties in the city, wifi is extremely slow, but room was clean and tidy.

Very happy with the overall experience. Would recommend the hotel. Only had minor problems - Reception was on another premises across the street so it was difficult to check in at first but this was resolved quickly with a phone call. Locks on doors were also a bit unreliable, but hotel staff assisted with this.

We really enjoyed our stay as guest house is right between the bus/train station and the main square. Everything was within walking distance. The room is a small apartment with high ceilings and a quant atmosphere. You could cook there but who would given the options in Krakow main square. The excellent breakfasts are locate down the street in a hotel. Free internet was excellent strength in the room. I will definitely return. To enjoy the guest house you do need to leave North American behind.

Nice hotel right in the centre BUT...
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the room was clean and large, with a clean kitchen and bathroom. HOWEVER: There are 3 doors you must unlock to get to your room. The first 2 lock behind you on your way in, and you need the key to get out. However, another guest locked the door behind them on the way out, so I was locked in the hotel for an hour, until the reception desk had cover, so they could come and let me out. I realise this was not the fault of the staff, but the design of the building and security. So, be warned!

Budget Hotel near centre
Rather than just rooms, this is a set of studio apartments a few steps away from the main hotel. Booked a double room but got a twin which was not ideal. Rooms themselves are perfectly clean and adequate but worn and tired as befits the budget prices. Decor could have been brighter and more cheerful but overall good value for money considering location and facilities provided. We paid extra to have buffet breakfast included and this was well-worthwhile - good choice of quality foods, friendly staff and lovely basement breakfast room.

Excellent Service
Good location about half-way between the train station and the town center. Convenient to walk to either. Quiet, safe street. The guest house is an apartment building so you check in at the hotel on the corner. I had an attic room, which was okay except the only window was a skylight with no shutters. The hotel was able to create a make-shift blind on the second night, which suited me fine. No view, but at least I could sleep.

Would not stay here again.
guest house is an annex of a small hotel down the street. Enter through a door cut into a large barn door, then through a door to the rooms, then up stairs to the room. Reminded me of movies of '30s Germany. Hallway and room were in need of renovation. Very noisy as sound rebounded in the stairwell whenever anyone entered or exited their room. At night men congregated near the entrance as they hung out, drinking and smoking, outside the bar next door. The breakfast, in the hotel itself, was very good. The staff was helpful in arranging tours and concert tickets. There are lots of other hotels just as convenient that appeared more modern.

Excellent location. Wonderful staff and cleaning crew. The bed was horrible - the matress sagged and made sleeping as a couple pretty miserable. Overall we were happy with how little such a prime location cost but would have raved about the place if the heat was on and the bed was in better shape.

More like an apartment than a hotel room
This hotel is more like an apartment block, so you have a key to a mini-apartment - complete with kitchen sink, fridge, sofa, and lovely light airy bedroom with 2 comfy beds (even though I only booked a single room). Very quiet indeed yet only steps from Old Town sights. I'd definitely come back here. Very nice breakfast in the Elektor Hotel a few steps away. Felt like my home from home, sad I was only there 1 night. Will be back.

Disappointing.
This is NOT a hotel but a group of apartments adjacent to a hotel. It feels more like a youth hostel. They give you the key of the street door, the second door ant your room door. I never saw the other guests, I just heard them when they would come into the building. The place was a little spooky at night. The worst problem I had with my room was an unpleasant smell probably from the rugs. For the money you can do better.

La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Esperaba que no limpiasen durante nuestra estancia, pero creo que no la habían limpiado bien desde muchas estancias anteriores o, al menos, desde la estancia previa a nosotros. Bajo los faldones de la cama se veían muchos tickets y papeles que no eran nuestros, y no se podía andar descalzo por el alojamiento siquiera

Suspekt entre vid gatan, men toppen därefter.
Entreporten gav ett skeptiskt intryck och det kändes väldigt skumt. Men påminns av att inte döma av utsidan. Väl inne i lägenheten var allt toppen. En bar låg strax under så det var lite livat på gatan till en början av kvällen, men inte så det störde nattsömnen.

W apartamencie jest wszystko co trzeba do dobrego funkcjonowania, miłe jest to , że słychać co godzinę hejnał z Kościoła Mariackiego i że jest położony na starówce☺.Jedynym minusem są okna dachowe, których w razie deszczu nie można otworzyć i jest duszno. Przydatny byłby w tej sytuacji wentylator☺

Sijainti loistava, henkilökunta ystävällinen, aamupala runsas ja monipuolinen. Vastaanoton sijainti naapurihotellin yhteydessä ei ollut tiedossa ja siitä ei ollut mainintaa ulkoportilla, selvisi vasta soittamalla portin pielessä olevaan numeroon. Kehittämisideana asiasta maininta tuohon portinpieleen, säästyisi moni ihmetys. Tänne voisi mieluusti tulla toistekin.

古いアパートを改装したゲストハウス
予約確認メールで、チェックインは近くのホテルでとあったのを失念。現地の扉には、チェックイン、アウト時間の掲示のみ。当該ホテルの名前と地図は、一緒に書いていてほしい。外観は古いままだが、内装はモダンに。冷蔵庫付きキッチンもあって便利。クーラーはなく扇風機だけど、これは仕方ないかな。
