Es war rundum ein tolles Hotel. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen!

Another amazing stay!

Another amazing stay at the Benefis Hotel, our third this year! Large, quiet, comfortable room with quality toiletries and a comfortable bed with quality bed linen. Breakfast is excellent and will set you up for a day out exploring the sights of the city. Staff is attentive and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. You would have to be very demanding not to like this small but perfectly formed hotel. As a bonus, there is a great little ice cream shop across the road from the hotel!

Helt ok.

Synes det var dumt de hadde tatt bort kontrollene til air condition, da det lukten utenfor var vond og kom inn på soverommet. Og man kunne ikke ha vindu lukket da det ble for varmt. Spurte hvor kontrollen var og de ba oss skru ned varmen. Hun sier at det er generelt ikke så god luft i Kraków. De burde de si de har aircondtion halve året. En var veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt, men hun andre vi var i kontakt med var ikke like hyggelig. Også litt dumt var at frokosten ikke åpnet før 07.30. Sengene var ikke noe gode og putene var nedligget. Det var også en del bråk utenfor hotellet, til tross for at det lå litt unna. Hadde jeg skulle bestilt på nytt hadde jeg ikke valgt det samme hotellet.

Great little boutique hotel...excellent location..

Wonderful hotel....but beware...our room did not have a fridge, no safe, no milk or milk powder for tea or coffee in the room...you had to get it from reception. Also another small point...there is NO free parking. , and you MUST book parkin g in advance.
