The apartment was spacious, clean and in good location, checking in at the Santi Hotel was easy just a little confusion on where our room was, not at 21 but next door at 23, which is an older building, I advise bringing earplugs if you are in 23.3 1st floor, as you hear the main street below all night. The apartment is 2 mins from the main square, 10 mins from Wawel Castle and plenty of places to eat and there is a donut place right next door.

Easy check in and check out. Perfect location to visit many places of interest (walking distance) and well connected to public transportation to reach the rest. Also, several dining options, ice cream and pastry stores, and a convenience store nearby.

Check in at a different hotel (around the block) was unusual for us. After that the place was great. Shower pressure was 10/10. Location was amazing for walking everywhere. Air conditioning was fantastic. Would totally recommend.

The room was quite clean and the amenities were great. A drawback that there was no lift since I stayed on the 3rd floor. The service was excellent and the airport transfer went smoothly. The location of course is perfect. Had no meals so I can’t comment on that.

Traditional and authentic feel which some may say old fashioned. Super clean, comfy bed and stones throw from the Old Town Square. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Would definitely book again!

Basic but comfortable and clean accommodation in the perfect location for easy access to most areas including the Old Town, the Castle, the River cruises and only a 20 minute walk or so from the Jewish Quarter.
