The hotel is centrally located, on a quieter street, and easily accessible to the more touristy areas (market, port, etc.) without being right in the thick of it. "Property is in the old town part of Chania, so lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The old town is also pedestrianised so you can wander with no fear of traffic. The apartment is modern with a usable kitchen and a comfortable King sized bed. The housekeeping is excellent with regular changes of sheets and towels. The only downsides are; the long flight of stairs up to the apartment, no lift, so lugging suitcases up and down is a bit of a pain and it is in a street full of restaurants and bars...

"Staff was amazingly helpful. For my birthday the staff helped arrange a cake to celebrate my birthday which was one of the best desserts I remember having(something like a dulce de leche mousse cake). "We arrived quite late, about 10.30pm, but the staff checked us in quickly and the restaurant serves up to midnight so we had supper there. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff extremely attentive. The hotel is opposite the port, so not really gorgeous scenery but nevertheless we'd certainly stay there again. The hotel is of a very high standard and rooms have everything a resident would require, including parking. Highly recommended."
