The approx. 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor and was rebuilt in 2012. The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location directly on the beech coast forest not far from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. The apartment with south-facing balcony extends over 2 floors and offers plenty of space for a family. It is ideal for allergy sufferers. For this reason, pets are not allowed.

In the village near the train station, the Karls Erlebnisdorf was reopened this year. Take a look at the link. There is everything for the little ones that is fun.

Your numbered parking space is directly in front of the house.

The apartment is equipped with 2 flat-screen TVs (42 inches and 32 inches, digitalHD), AppleTV, Teufel sound system with Bluetooth function for pairing with your smartphone, tablet or similar devices (you can get a quick guide via a PDF file) , Internet WLAN router (fast DSL connection), ventilation system, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and everything else you need (should something be missing, please report right away, we will take action immediately).

There is a shed to safely park the bikes.

For a visit to the nearby Hanseatic city of Greifswald (30 minutes by car or with the UBB or by bike), we would be happy to give you some tips on where to find the best pizza and a cappuccino that is worth the money. The same applies to trips to the Imperial Spas, Rügen, Hiddensee, Stralsund or Rostock.

Biking is wonderful on the island (via the imperial baths all the way to Poland along the beach / coastal forest), whereby Koserow is ideally suited to return from the hustle and bustle, relax and enjoy the Baltic Sea. There are countless ways to stop along the way for a serving of fresh fish, a rosé or a cool light (all with a view of the sea). There are playgrounds, sports and rest areas everywhere.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und toll eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht und die Kinder hatten viel Spielzeug und Bücher gefunden. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und der nahe Wald läd zu schönen Spaziergängen zur Seebrücke ein.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Man ist zu Fuß schnell durch den Wald an der Küste oder im Ort um kurz was einzukaufen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war wieder wunderschön. Mit Kindern sind die Spielsachen wirklich sehr praktisch. Der Südbalkon und das kühle Schlafzimmer sind klasse!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir sind von der Wohnung begeistert gewesen. Alles was man benötigt, hat ist vorhanden. Viel Platz und gut eingerichtet. Die Dusche könnte eine Überholung gebrauchen bzw. sollte man die schwarzen Ränder entfernen. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 10-15 Minuten teilweise durch den Wald. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank.

Silvester auf Usedom

Wir haben eine Woche über den Jahreswechsel in der super schönen Ferienwohnung von Frau Köster verbringen können. Die Buchung war einfach, die Kommunikation schnell, nett und informativ, die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einer persönlichen Karte und individuellen Geschenken für Groß und Klein überrascht, so einen einzigartigen und herzlichen Service haben wir noch nie bekommen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich hervorragend in der Ausstattung (es fehlte an nichts) und sehr sauber, wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere das Kinderzimmer ist ein absolutes Highlight, welches Kinderherzen höher schlagen lässt. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden, wir kommen sicher sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung für die ganze Familie

Die Wohung ist prima für Familien mit 2 Kindern geeignet oder auch für Singles oder Paare. Neben dem Schlafzimmer findet sich im Obergeschoss ein wirklich perfekt ausgestattetes Kinderzimmer/Kinderparadies mit Legosteinen, einem Schreibtisch, Büchern, Spielzeug, zwei Kinderbetten usw. Das ist absolut großartig. Im Bad verfügt die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine, in der Küche über eine Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung hat WLAN und der Fernseher ist mittels Amazon Fire Stick 4K im ebenfalls im WLAN, so dass man seine eignen Prime-, Netflix, und Disney+-Accounts sofort problemlos einrichten kann. Brilliant. Ich vergebe sehr gern 5 Sterne! Die Vermieterin ist supernett und hilfsbereit, ebenso ist der "Schlüsselverwalter" jederzeit ansprechbar. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Super Wohnung, tolle Lage

Der einzige Nachteil war der Fahrradschuppen. Bei Anreise waren wir die einzigen im gesamten Haus und der Schuppen war voll mit Rädern und 5 großen Mülltonnen. Jedes mal ein Gerödel im Gestank. Wir radeln täglich!

Tolle Reise

Eine schön, eingerichtete Wohnung. Das Speilzimmer war für die Kinder toll. Der Kühlschrank ist für 4 Personen ziemlich klein. Schön ist auch die Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Die Lage passt - nicht zu weit zum Strand und zu Karls Erlebnisdorf. Der Kontakt mit Fr. Köhler war sehr gut - antwortete innerhalb weniger Stunden bei Fragen.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Gehobene Ausstattung mit viel Komfort, zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und in neuwertigem und sauberem Zustand - so erlebten wir zu zweit diese schöne Ferienwohnung. Lobenswert auch die Wärmeschutzrollos an den Dachfenstern und der Internetzugang. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist Klasse für Naturliebhaber und Badefreunde. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über ein Kinderzimmer, das uns ebenfalls gefallen hat. Für eine Familie mit Kindern wäre der Kühlschrank wahrscheinlich etwas zu klein dimensioniert, gerade wenn selbst frisch gekocht werden soll. Fazit: Unsere Empfehlung!

Super nette Kommunikation und ganz einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Das Objekt an sich ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder haben sich in mitten des voll ausgestatteten Kinderzimmers sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts bei der Einrichtung. Sonnenverwöhnte Wohnung am Fuß des Streckelsberg

Sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung am Fuß des Streckelsberg mit allem Komfort den man sich wünschen kann. Besonders toll für uns als geübte Ferienwohnungsurlauber sind beispielsweise das Vorhandensein von mehren Scheren und scharfen Messern. Insgesamt hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war der doch sehr kleine Kühlschrank, der bestimmt der Kleinste war, den ich bisher in einer Ferienwohnung gesehen habe. Da aber genügend und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Laufentfernung vorhanden sind, war dies kein Problem.
