Why is my house in Kortgene so nice?
The location is pleasant on a corner on the village square with a pleasant Saturday market. Ample free parking also in front of the door.
Immediately upon entering you will be pleasantly surprised by the warm atmosphere and give you the feeling that you want to be here for a while. You will be welcomed with a bottle of wine and a breakfast basket for the first morning. The modern decor exudes a homely and Burgundian atmosphere.
What do you think of delicious self-cooking with free use of the available oils and fresh herbs, the luxury oven, Quooker and coffee machine.
You can transform the cozy living room into a luxury private cinema with the multifunctional lounge sofa and large-screen TV with a. A. Netflix.
In good weather, the wide patio doors give access to a cozy courtyard.
The spacious bedroom has a large electrically adjustable twin bed with Tempur mattresses and a. A large screen TV. The open connection gives access to the luxurious bathroom with a second toilet, large walk-in shower, double sink and a washing machine and dryer.

Über Ostern bei Jootje in Kortgene

Danke an Jootje und Paul für den sehr warmherzigen Empfang, für den temperierten Abendwein und das bereit gestellte Frühstück für den nächsten Tag. Einfach ein 5-Sterne-Haus! Kortgene ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Fahrradtouren am Veerse Meer, an der Oosterschelde und der Nordsee. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes Haus

3 Tage hab ich in diesem gemütlichen, liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht und mich so wohl gefühlt! Bequemes Bett, top Einrichtung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen .

Herrlicher Kurzurlaub

Sensationell ausgestattete moderne Unterkunft. Es fehlte wirklich gar nichts. Sehr nette Vermieter, die wirklich an alles gedacht haben. Sehr schön gelegener Ort mit einigen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten incl. Sonntagsmarkt direkt vor der Tür. In spätestens 30 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto alle bekannten Badeorte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Jootje, das Haus ist sehr detailverliebt eingerichtet und gibt einem bei schlechtem Wetter ein warmes Gefühl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Perfekte Erholung

Erholsame Tage in einer sehr komfortablen, sauberen und überkomplett ausgeststteten Wohnung. Der Gastgeber hat eine sehr ausführliche Übergabe gemacht. Ein Willkommensgefühl durch Wein und ein vorbereitetes Frühstück war sofort vorhanden. Gerne wieder!

Hallo Joodje und Paul, Wir haben uns bei euch so wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Haus so sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank gefüllt für das erste Frühstück. Eine Flasche Wein für den Abend. Die Lage direkt am Kirchplatz ist toll. Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto ist die Lage ideal. Wir hatten einen Super Urlaub

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist außergewöhnlich hübsch, mega ausgestattet,chic, modern, hübsch,nix fehlt....gar nichts!!! Von Bettwäsche, Handtücher,tolles,großes Bad, Traumküche,hochmodern, alles chic, liebevoll eingerichtet,die Details richtig toll !!Der Empfang war herzlich,Wein für den ersten Abend,frische Blumen und komplettes Frühstück!!!!So wurden wir noch nie empfangen!!! Die Lage ist prima, ein paar Schritte zum Hafen, sehr gute Restaurants ein paar Schritte entfernt.Wer gern Rad fährt,Bootchen fährt,sogar Buggy fahren ist möglich,ist dort genau richtig.Die bekannten Orte auf Zeeland, sowie genial schöne Strände, alles schnell erreichbar. Dieses Häuschen und Zeeland ist WIRKLICH eine Reise wert!!!

Wij hebben genoten van dit heerlijk huis. Mooie vormgeving in de woning, gezellig aangekleed met leuke ornamentjes, elk detail doet ertoe. Leuke uitvalbasis om Zeeland te ontdekken.

Perfekt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung und die liebevolle Einrichtung des Hauses erfüllt höchste Ansprüche. Schon die Begrüßung durch Jootje und Paul war sehr herzlich. Frische Blumen im Haus verteilt und für das erste Frühstück war auch gesorgt. Mehrere gute Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso ein Supermarkt und eine Eisdiele. Samstags sogar ein Wochenmarkt direkt vor der Haustür. Besser geht es nicht. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie bei Freunden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wundervoll

Einfach alles hat gestimmt vom warmherzigen Empfang, über die hervorragende Ausstattung, das originelle Design und das liebevolle und originelle Design. Jootje gab uns das Gefühl wir sind keine zahlenden Touristen sondern eingeladene Gäste. Wo hat man das schon, dass frische Blumen, ein gefüllter Kühlschrank und Wein anscheinend als selbstverständlich gelten? Die tolle Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen , ganz zu schweigen von den Ölen und Gewürzen. Wir sind schon viel gereist, haben schon einige Erfahrung mit Vermietern und Ferienhäusern, aber hier wurde unsere Erwartung bei weitem übertroffen. Wir konnten von hier aus schöne Dinge unternehmen. Das Wetter war nicht immer ganz so toll, aber wir wussten ja, dass wir in einer gemütlichen Wohnung entspannen konnte. Genauso herzlich und unkompliziert wie der Empfang war auch der Check-out. Dank u wel, Jootje und Paulus. Ich glaube, wir müssen wiederkommen. Ingrid und Helmut

leuk huisje

kraaknet en van alle comfort voorzien, alles is aanwezig en van prima kwaliteit...het was wel even wennen aan de naburige kerkklok die ook 's nachts gewoon doorgaat, dat zijn we bij ons niet gewend :-) voor de rest, niets dan lof !

Sehr schönes Domizil

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Jootje’s Huis liegt “zentral” in Kortgene. Alles für den alltäglichen Bedarf ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist anspruchsvoll, komfortabel und sehr gemütlich 🙂 Besonders gefielen uns die kleinen Extras: Frische Blumen, ein erstes Frühstück, genügend Geschirrspültabs und Reinigungsmittel, trockene Lebensmittel etc. So, daß man nachkauft und ersetzt, ohne den Hausstand neu zu “gründen” - halt so, wie es mal üblich war in Ferienwohnungen und leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Vielen lieben Dank Jootje, dass wir zu Gast sein durften!

Fantastische woning

Woning is op en top in orde, alles is aanwezig voor een ontspannen en aangenaam verblijf. De eigenares Jootje zorgde voor een hartelijke ontvangst waardoor je je onmiddellijk welkom en tuis voelt. Dit is een echte aanrader!
