The property is old and under renovation, it’s not so comfortable with family of 4. I wouldn’t stay here again. I was gonna change my accommodation unfortunately it was already paid and there was no refund available, hotel.com should have option for relocation and refund if the accommodation is what we aspect. It looks good in the picture unfortunately the site visit was not same as the pictures shown on the website.

Very inhospitable. Gate closed at night, they had to open in am. No wifi, connected without internet it said which meant everything offline. Can walk to cafes which have wifi, you have to anyway to get food. This is not entire house, they say you can cook there between screaming in Chinese and catfights at night. $60 way overpriced. Dean

We understand that there was a misunderstanding about the booking amount. Our records show that your booking on Expedia was for USD 600.10. You proposed to pay 1000FJD, which did not align with our agreement with Expedia, as we are obliged to pay Expedia a commission of USD 89.90. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in our pricing, and unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate the significant discount requested.Regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity, we regret to hear that you faced issues during your stay. We assure you that our Wi-Fi service is typically reliable, and upon receiving your complaint, multiple checks and adjustments were promptly made to ensure its optimal functioning. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.We are also concerned to hear about your perceptions of our hospitality. It's important to us that all our guests feel welcome and comfortable. Please know that our intent was to be attentive to your needs, especially considering your senior age. Our efforts to check on you were meant to ensure your well-being, and we regret if this was perceived otherwise.As for the environment of the villa, it is indeed structured for room rentals, not as an entire house booking. We apologize if there was any confusion in this regard. The incident involving our Chinese owner was an isolated event as they were not present during most of your stay. We also want to clarify that the issue you mentioned with the cats involved stray cats from outside, not pets belonging to our villa. We have since taken measures to ensure that this is no longer a concern for our guests.We value every guest's experience and are committed to improving.
