"Short Summary :Bed bugs, no Wi-Fi in rooms, no hot water, and significant cleanliness issues.
Positives first: after requesting transport for a 5am arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated being greeted at the resort.
Unfortunately, the stay quickly went downhill. Our "villa" was a demountable with thin adjoining walls. I scratched all night and discovered bed bugs, some still crawling on the bed sheet. We were moved to another room without question.

"In a fabulous location but very run down. Lack of plug sockets. Cord for electric jug didn ’t reach the one plug socket so we had to boil the jug of water sitting it on the floor. Intermittent wifi so do your online documentation when wifi is available, don’t wait. And on our last day, no hot water, so it was a cold shower for us."
