予約時の概要に布団6組と記載があったので、4人家族には充分と思い予約したが、3組分しか無かったので、できれば人数分揃えますなどと記載をしてほしい。また室内概要にテレビと記載があるが、地上波は見れません。できれば地上波放送は見れないと記載して欲しかったです。予約をした部屋は洋室で造作ロフトがあり子供が大喜びでした。子供が楽しめたので満足です。

施設も清潔で、接客応対もとても丁寧で安心して市利用できました。チェクイン時間とチェックアウト時間が、それぞれもう1時間長ければ更に利用しやすくなると感じました。

エレベーターやエスカレーターも無く階段での移動が非常に不便でした。 部屋にトイレも無い事にも驚きました。 エアコンの効きが良かった事が、唯一の救いでした。

到着時の対応はとても良かったです。紹介されている写真を見て、山の中のホテルなのかと勝手に想像して行ってみたら、まさかの駅前でビックリ。受付の方達も若い人かつ丁寧で関心しました。設備そのものは古いものでしたし、アメニティが基本有料でしたので原点になりますが、とにかく安いですから、妥当だと思います。

As soon as we've got there, we were invited to sit at a table in the cozy bar in the hostel. We've got a free drink (I've chosen a glass of draft beer). We've done check in seated and they explained us about the facilities while enjoying our drinks. It was great! They brought our big luggage to our room upstairs as they don't have a lift. I thought it was 5 star hotel like check-in experience! The cleanness of our room, public area, hot spring bath, toilets and all was superb! 5 star hotel standard!! Some of amenities were optional and not free but we don't use them anyway as we like using our owns. The price of the rooms were surprisingly reasonable because of that. The staff were really friendly and greeted with big smile when we leave and come back to the hostel. We felt like we were at home. The hot spring bath was really nice and relaxing. They had a free natural and local cold spring water sever in the public area. It was really nice to drink the cold spring water after lovely hot spring. The staff's hospitalities overall was superb. The hostel locates in front of Bandai Atami station. Very convenient. We really liked this little hot spring town, Bandai Atami. We are sure to come back to this hostel when we visit Koriyama next time. We highly recommend this lovely hostel!

一部リニューアルされ受付の場所はお洒落なバーになっていて、ウエルカムドリンクをいただけ、とても良かったです。スタッフのみなさんもとても親切でした。 お部屋は古いですが、お掃除は行き届いていますし、お布団も寝心地良く良く眠れました。 リーズナブルな値段でとても良かったです(^_^)v
