Their shuttle service is unreliable. I stayed here before taking flying out for a week. When I left, I asked the staff if I need to put my name in the shuttle list as I would be landing around 8pm, so I would probably make the 8:30pm shuttle. They said no, pointed to a sign that had the shuttle hours and info, and said I can just hop on when I’m ready. The sign said the shuttle ran until 9pm. A week later I flew back. I was at the shuttle pickup spot by 8:25pm. I waited an hour and the shuttle did not come. During that hour I attempted to call the hotel five times, they would not answer. I finally gave up and called an uber, which took 45 minutes as the airport was busy. When I finally got to the hotel, I asked if there was an issue with the shuttle. Staff told me no, but the last pickup was at 8pm. Staff staff said this change happened a while ago and they had not gone around to update the sign. I was not offered any compensation for the uber fee. I had to leave early to drive home, and did not make it into my room until after 11pm. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. However the food options at this resort are not great. There is one bistro in the hotel and the casino has some very sad food court like options. There anre only two item I can eat in the whole resort as I have a gluten/dairy intolerance. The free parking and spacious rooms might be the only good thing about this place.

Staff was great but otherwise I expected much more from this hotel for the price point and considering I got a premium suite. The room (especially the kitchen) was not very clean at all - stain marks all over the sink, dishwasher, and mugs had coffee rings. I could handle that but everything was just worn down in this hotel - the rooms are desperately in need of a Reno, the bathrooms look dingy. The mattress and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Pillows felt like there was bean bags in them. I went to shower and there was no hot water. AC wasn’t turned on in the room when I first got there so it was super hot. One area of the gym had no AC. Elevators took forever. There was no cute little amenities (one of the reasons I liked this place based on photos was the mini byredos shown - they don’t exist they just have the big bottles in the room you can’t take) - in fact there was nothing at all in the room unless you asked for it. For the price point and the more premium feel they’re going for this place is massively lacking. A million better options for the same price or cheaper in Toronto/same area. Skip this one.

"The hotel itself is gorgeous. The room was a little underwhelming. Not up to date, but does the job. Very comfy overall. We did have an issue with a sewage smell coming from our washroom halfway during our stay so that was a bit inconvenient but I know it’s not on purpose"
