"The room was spotless. The staff was helpful, kind and professional. We liked that we could dine in the hotel or easily walk to the many restaurants and shops that Nelson has to offer. Having the City of Nelson parkade next door was a bonus. "

"Came to Nelson for the night , looking for a hotel came in to the best western. Staff said they could do a room for Canadian. Still a lot of money for a solo traveler . Went for a walk in town looked at my hotels.com app . Found a room at best western for taxes in .Went back to reception and booked for a night . Thought it was a good deal . Until I checked on my banking and saw that $ was in USA currency.
Worked out to $ can . Feel completely ripped off as the site didn’t say USA FUNDS . Not impressed. Learn from mistakes. Will probably delete app as I feel I got .

Still $ lots for a shoe box for a room and a view of a brick wall .
