"I booked a room with a balcony I didn't get. The bed mattress gave me severe back pain. The mattress is unbearable hard.
No one speaks English.
Smell of sewage throughout.
Dirty pool area.
No English TV channels.
Coffee terrible undrinkable.
Breakfast basic. Nothing great.
Didn't order food. As wasn't sure who was cooking or if they were a chef. No shelves in bathroom to put anything.
Echos noise all night from reception watching TV.

"This property was a great find. The unit was very well taken care of and perfect for a larger group and if traveling with children. The staff were very helpful and available to assist around the clock.
The pool area is a major bonus. I highly recommend and would return again. "

"Best hotel !!! The rooms are modern, spotless, and well-designed, which makes you feel at home right away. The staff are always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. The location is very convenient, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. Breakfast and overall service are excellent, definitely above expectations. "I enjoyed staying here. We are backpacking and not wanting to spend too much but we had our own rooms, a kitchen, laundry, and free breakfast everyday. The rooms were clean, shower warm, we had air conditioning which was a bonus! The staff communicated very well with us and made our stay comfortable, I would recommend to others. I did have earplugs which came in handy as we were near a mosque and the chanting was loud at around 4-5am. "

"I have had the best stay at Bonnie City Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to pick from. The location is very central and within walking distance of the old town, yet it is in a very quiet and safe area. The staff were inclusive, professional, friendly, kind, and polite.
