"I am giving a lower scor on service only becaus i have stayed 1 night before my stay here in Isparta Ramada and I am comparing with it. We arrived and checked in and we had to fill and sign thee form which is unusual to me who traveled arround the world and did not have to do this before...then we entered our room..it was like oven from the heat...why they would not prepare the room for our rival?
