It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. Our room was not set up for three people but a very kind and helpful person on the evening shift helped and we got it straightened out. This was our worst experience so far on this trip. The parking situation was also very weird. Not good!!!!!

Ein großes Lob an die Putzfrauen. Alle freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Anderweitige Mitarbeiter können sich gerne etwas abschauen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich. In der eigenen Beachbar war alles top, von Personal bis Essen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war hervorragende und zentral. Das Frühstück war Abwechslungreich, große Auswahl und wurde immer reichlich nachgefüllt. Besonders gut war die nähe zum Strand. Zimmer waren sauber wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Beach Bar lag direkt am Stand. Auch das Personal war dort immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wie hin gehen.

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko do promenady i morza. W okolicy sklepy z pamiątkami oraz Biedronka. Obsługa bardzo miła. Bardzo dobre śniadania.
