Room was very big and comfortable. Thick carpet and nice it had balcony. Minus was not too nice person at the reception that first could not find our reservation and then was bit unhappy overall. Room had kettle and glasses but no coffie/tea. Apart from this, good value for money.

Large room, but no heat and worn out.

Large room, but no hearing. The blower was only loud, but no heating even though we tried to set it to 30c. It was pretty cold outside, and also on the inside. Room was spacious, but a bit worn out. Nice with large indoor parking for our motorcycles.

Kinda 50/50 on this property. On 1 side the size of the family unit was perfect especially by my Canadian standards. Also the location was excellent with easy walking to the lighthouse and pier, Biedronka and 1.2 kms to the Old Town. What was completely off was the lack of communication regarding check in. I am relying on email and apparently they only SMS. The front desk is only staffed until 4 pm and we arrived at 3:40 PM and the young lady was completely irritated that we came late. Our fault for not having a Euro phone number?? She flipped us a handwritten paper with a door code and said the room number and closed the desk and left. Nothing about parking, nothing about supplies. We did not see another person until 9:58 AM 2 days later when the cleaning staff ordered us out 1 hour before check out. As we were leaving, we were asked to pay a resort fee. That was a good one as well, no thank you! All in all if communication was better our stay would have been that much better. To summarize the apartment was great very clean excellent location just the staff made it unpleasant.

Problemet vi hade var att när vi anlände kl 18 var expeditionen stängd, och de hade missat att skicka oss incheckningsuppgifter. Det gick ut ett mail på polska en månad innan såg jag sedan där det står att man skulle höra av sig om man inte kunde checka in i tidsintervallet 14-16 (!!!), men ingen påminnelse om detta innan och det stod också att inchecknkngsuppgifter skulle komma 24h innan vilket det då alltså inte gjorde. Fick tag i en personal som arbetade i köket som lyckades få fram incheckningskod till oss, så det löste sig efter en stund. Men då kom problem två sedan. Vi skulle sedan på morgonen efter åka redan vid halv 8 för att komma med färja, och expeditionen öppnade 8, vilket gjorde att det var jättesvårt att kunna betala för parkeringen och det kändes bara som lite tur att det alls gick. Allt detta skapade massa stress helt i onödan. Att de inte svarade på telefon, inte mail och att ingen fanns på plats är inte fungerbart! Sedan var stället ok, ingen fungerande AC tyvärr så lite varmt.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 7 Nächte dort und es hat uns gut gefallen. Die zimmer sind zwar etwas älter aber man ist ja eh die meiste zeit drausen und das wichtigste hat man alles. Die gegend ist mega gut. Der personal war sehr sehr nett. Das auto stand die ganze woche in der Tiefgarage.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nach 10 Minuten entspannten Laufen ist man am Meer. Direkt gegenüber des Hotels ist ein kleiner Laden, der alles Nötige des täglichen Bedarfs hat. Hervorragend war das Frühstück. Punkt Abzug gibt es beim Bad. Da stockt die Feuchtigkeit ein wenig, was man beim Erstbesuch des Zimmers sofort bemerkte und auch sah. Meines Erachtens kein großes Thema. Die Abluft sollte kurz gewartet werden, dann zieht die überschüssige Feuchte ruckzuck ab. Wir hatten von Tag eins an die Badtür offen sowie die Fenster des Zimmers. Problem unproblematisch gelöst. Preis/Leistung des Hotels unschlagbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Hotel correct et super petit déjeuner

L'hôtel est proche de la plage (15min a pied). Le petit dejeuner etait bon et varié. La chambre etait propre et le lit principal confortable. Par contre le canapé lit avait un matelas très fin et n'était pas confortable. De plus il n'avait pas été préparé. Pour une arrivée après 16h, assurez vous d'avoir reçu les consignes pour accéder a la chambre. Parking sous terrain payant. Rapport qualité prix correct.
