The Villas at Poipu Kai is the newest and most luxurious development within Poipu Kai Resort, located on the sunny south shore of Kauai! Unit C110 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom ground level luxury villa, boasting over 1,600 square feet of living space and a large lanai overlooking the beautiful Poipu Greenbelt. It has two spacious primary bedrooms, with king size beds, en suite bathrooms and plenty of closet space. A third bedroom has two twin beds, and an additional detached full bathroom.

This elegant villa is located near the Poipu Greenbelt, with its paved walkway leading to some of the finest beaches on the south shore of Kauai. Take a 3 minute stroll to Brennecke’s Beach to watch the sea turtles or for some world-class boogie boarding and body surfing. Or head 5 minutes in the opposite direction for quick access to the Grand Hyatt Resort and Shipwrecks Beach. Poipu is a great home base for exploring the Garden Isle, from Waimea Canyon and Polihale on the West side to Princeville and Hanalei to the North.

This was a great place to stay while we spent 10 days in Kauai with our teenagers. The space is roomy and updated. Location is ideal! Super easy walk down to the beaches in either direction on the greenway path. We especially like the ground floor option for easy of just getting out to the beach. The large patio was filled with all the beach going gear. The pool and hot tub was used a lot at night when we were done with our adventures for the day. The kitchen was well appointed and have just about everything we needed to cook, plus the pool grill were great too.

Excellent Property

Everything was excellent from booking to checking out. Property owner really went all out on the amenities of this condo. We especially liked the well appointed kitchen with every thing we needed. We also really liked having a washer and dryer to use. The Lanai was great and had all the ocean gear to use. The master bath was amazing! I cannot say enough about our stay here. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

Great Poipu Location

Three couples shared this wonderful condo. We loved the walkability to Poipu Beach and turtles, as well as the excellent food in Koloa Town, just a few minutes away by car. Condo and facilities were at least as good as, if not better than, the pics and description. Highly reccomend.

This villa has it all - perfect location, layout, and amenities. thoughtful support throughout our stay. Beautiful home was beyond our expectations. Very clean with luxury furnishings. Great pool with hot tub and two large grills that were cleaned daily by staff as well as our secluded lanai were amenities we enjoyed during our stay. Elope in Paradise!

We loved our stay at Poipu Kai and would book again in a heartbeat! The grounds are stunning with lots of paths to explore. The house was airy, beautiful, and a great place to gather while exploring the island. The bathroom is Spa-Like and immaculate. We loved the living room windows that open completely so that the interior space merges with the outdoor patio if desired. Great central location for exploring South Kauai. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Long overdue Family vacation

I splurged and brought my 2 adult children and my 11yo and 6yo granddaughters on their 1st Hawaiian vacation, and I'm so glad I picked this vacation rental to stay in! This place is beautiful and everything the listing said it was. Just a short walk to the beach, where we could see the sea turtles every night. 2 good restaurants within walking distance, and one of them has a great view of the ocean. The owner is super responsive to any questions and getting into the unit upon arrival is super easy. I will stay here every time I visit Kauai!
