This clean, comfortable condo is in a great location! It is the downstairs unit in one of many similar buildings on a huge greenbelt that runs along the ocean by Brennecke's Beach, beside Poipu and the Hyatt on the other side. You can walk on the paved paths of the greenbelt to the beach, South along the paths in front of the Hyatt to the Koloa Heritage Trail, or North to get to Puka Dog or Brennecke's Beach Broiler to eat all in about 5-10 minutes. The beds are very firm and the linens provided are soft. There are 4 nice beach chairs and towels to use, and a few board games in the front bedroom dresser. The kitchen has almost everything you need to cook, including a blender, colander, small rice cooker, pots and pans, peeler, utensils etc. and plenty of dishes. A previous guest already mentioned that someone super inconsiderate has scratched up the non-stick pan, so that's perturbing. The lanai is small and of course there isn't a view, but it's surrounded by pretty foliage. The cushions on the outdoor furniture are flat so it gets kind of uncomfortable. Nevertheless, we did enjoy sitting out there a couple of times to savor the cool morning or evening ocean air, but just don't expect to be lounging around on a nice big deck at this condo. This unit is RIGHT in front of the pool so you can just walk out the door and lounge by one of 3 pools & jacuzzis. We used one of the other pools once b/c there were a lot of kids. The condo was really spacious & the host gracious - Enjoy!
