All amenities are provided including your own private lanai with the best view possible of Poipu Beach, again this year selected as #1 Vacation Beach by leading travel surveys. As a special bonus, you have exclusive use of the pool, tennis courts and exercise facilities of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street!

Redesigned, renovated and continuously maintained, #22-By-The-Sea is a top floor, view unit in Building 5 in prestigious Phase One at Kiahuna Plantation, a tropical paradise of palm trees, flowers, and lawns. You are steps from the beach and within wikiwiki proximity to Five-Star restaurants, world-class golf courses, galleries, shops and all the recreational and sightseeing adventures Hawaii is famous for.

Managed by Castle Resorts with full security and on-site staff, all your needs and requests can be satisfied immediately.

We provide complimentary high speed wifi access so you have the option of being wireless in our condo and on the great lawn by the beach as well as plugging in if you prefer.

Condo #22 features a tiled entry hallway, complete kitchen with granite counter tops, renovated bath and vanity, and is complemented by a carpeted bedroom with a king-size bed and a carpeted living room and dining area with plantation shutters that open onto a private ocean-view lanai. Our artwork includes native Hawaiian art and personal accessories. We feature two flatscreen television sets, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Louvered windows in the bedroom and living room provide refreshing ocean breezes throughout Condo #22.

Swimming or Tennis? Enjoy complimentary use of the exclusive Poipu Beach Athletic Club directly across Poipu Road for swimming and tennis. The PBAC is a world-class facility and includes a complete fitness club and cardio vascular center as well as a restaurant!

Our beach? Well, it's the loveliest on the sunny south shore and right at your doorstep.

Golf? World-class golf courses are available nearby at the Kiahuna Golf Club and the Poipu Bay Golf Club as well as many other beautiful golf courses on Kauai.

Location perfection.

Beautifully landscaped grounds and right on the ocean! On site rentals, bbq grills and helpful staff. Sunsets every night and listening to the waves roll in…cannot wait to return. It was everything we hoped it would be.

Incredible view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiahuna Plantation. The view from our unit was incredible, exactly as promised. We enjoyed watching the waves from the lanai during the day, and star gazing at night. The location was also super convenient to everything in Poipu, which we appreciated. We hope to have the opportunity to return to this special place!

Amazing views!

The views were amazing, loved just walking to the beach in no time with snorkeling and turtles just outside our door. The overall property was well maintained and the beach hut had everything to make an excellent day at the beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Great condo in Kauai

We stayed 5 nights in the condo and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Beautiful views and great access to the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance and 2 miles away in Kōloa. The owner made sure we had everything needed.

Poipu Beach Hideway

We had an awesome stay at this oceanfront villa. Clean, comfortable, and close proximity to beaches and eats makes this the perfect hideway. The sunrises and sunsets from the lanai were breathtaking while the ocean breezes and waves calmed and refreshed the soul!

Wonderful seaview

We really enjoyed our stay in Poipu. The appartement is an ideal location to explore the south shore & Waimea Canyon. The appartment ist clean, good size for 2 people and with a wonderful seaview. Wifi is great :-). The communication to the host was quick, we even get a late check out for our evening fligth.

Beautiful views!

We stayed at Michael's condo for a week while I attended a conference nearby. The condo is adorable, very clean, and the views are incredible! The place is walking distance to hotels, bars and restaurants as well. We slept well in the comfy bed too! Michael was very responsive, and made our check in process seamless. We would definitely stay there again!

Location can't be beat. Beautiful lawn and ocean views. Bed very comfortable. Love the shower. Only negative is the kitchen - very small. Very little counter space for food or prep.

Great Condo with fantastic views!

We stayed 3 weeks and absolutely loved the location of this condo. It is well stocked, close parking, with easy beach access. The owner Michael is a gem. He checks in via email to make sure all is going well and is very quick to respond if you need anything. We highly recommend staying here! Doug and Michelle

300 mandatory cleaning fee that is not described in the listing. The view is exactly as pictured in the listing. The linens are too. The location is unbeatable on the Kiahuna plantation property. The lanai is perfect for sunrise and sunset, the beach just a few steps away, and everything else you may need is within reach by a short drive.If you’re hoping for an updated, posh, or luxurious place to stay, this is not the place. The comforter on the bed is the same one in the photos that were almost certainly taken at least a decade ago. Like many of the places in Kauai, there is no AC. The fixtures and appliances are similarly outdated.Communication with Michael, the host, was easy and he was very responsive. The staff at the Kiahuna Plantation are also friendly and accommodating.WiFi was good, bed was comfy enough, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals.I would consider staying again, but sincerely hope that the hidden cleaning fee is added to the listing so that others can adequately compare it to other listings.

Location, Location, Location!

The location of this condo and its view are probably the best in Kiahuna Plantation! "Convenient" doesn't do it justice. The location was perfect. Steps away from the great lawn, the beach, and the Castles registration desk - with an amazing view, perfect for morning coffee and for assessing the surf any time of day! The condo has all the amenities one would expect and that you may need during your stay. We are so glad we found this unit and that we had the opportunity to stay here!

A Great Experience

We had a most wonderful stay in our unit. Everything was just as described without any surprises or disappointments. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The unit is centrally located, yet has a feeling of privacy. It is close to the beach access walkway, main office, laundry facilities, and the beach towel/activities hut. Michael, as mentioned in numerous reviews, is a great communicator and most helpful. He responds immediately to any requests or inquiries. We highly anticipate a future stay in this lovely unit.

Without a doubt, the best location to say on Kauai. We had the best time at Michael’s condo. The property grounds are absolutely stunning and the lawn in front of the condo is the best place to stargaze. Michael was incredibly welcoming and did everything he could to make our experience the best it could be. I have to say the condo, property, and host exceeded all expectations. Hope to be back soon!

The Poipu Beach condo was perfect for our visit to Kauai! I was concerned about not having AC, but the breeze in late July was still enough to keep it cool. The pictures definitely don't do the condo justice. It is really open and the ocean view from the deck was amazing. Michael was super accommodating as we were forced to evacuate due to the tsunami warning. Definitely made our trip to Kauia memorable and would stay here again.
