So the resort was nice very fun pool and they have activities avaialble. communication was very difficult because we did it through the koala group and they couldn't help us with anything and couldn't get a hold of anyone from there before arrival . When we showed up to check in the hotel told us our room still wasn't ready and we had to take a crying toddler and had to go sit for an hour That really started the vacation off poorly. When we got to the room it was mostly clean but there was an odor to it and the bathroom floor didn't look as clean as we hoped. We called down to the front desk. They sent the cleaning lady who suggested we just make coffee to cover the smell. We were a little shocked by that suggestion and no it did not help. (Should have just demanded a new room) We enjoyed the view and path to the ocean but would not stay here again
