Modern apartment with oblique sea view and 20m from the seawall. Location outside the center. Pets are allowed. Garage included. Living room with design furniture and open kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed and one with bunk beds for 3 people (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs). Bathroom with bath and separate shower in bedroom. Separate toilet.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
