"This hotel has the most stunning setting of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The main pool is especially gorgeous. Their all-inclusive meals were high quality and dining room service was great. Bar service was a little slow during happy hour time. We couldn’t check in until an hour after check-in time which was slightly inconvenient; looking back, it would’ve been helpful to unwind somewhere on the property and get a text when our room was ready. We did get upgraded to a suite with a swim-up pool...

"On the plus side: magnificent pool, the rooms are quiet and equipped with a kitchenette, which is quite useful. The room was clean when we arrived. What badly altered our experience was the way a rare incident was handled by the owner. There was an overflow of wastewater in our room. The man who was supposed to empty the wastewater tank had apparently too much work and hadn't been able to come. The smell was horrendous and the maids quickly came to clean the mess as much as possible until the...

"The apartment was well-equipped, the environment was pleasant. There was some noise from motor cycles as the hotel is close to main roads. The staff was very friendly. Beds were narrow, but fine. We didn't use the pool, but it seemed to be pleasant."
