"This is the second time I have stayed here on a family vacation. I have to say the staff is wonderful and the location is excellent. What I did not like this time was we were put in a lower room without a view and were expecting to be on the second floor. Management tried to work with us, but the place was pretty full. My other two issues were parking and the beds. I finally just parked next door for the week and had no problems getting in and out while I was there. My back was not liking the bed this time either. Great place and great people, but next time I want a place with a view and a comfortable bed."

"Amazing family friendly hotel in a beautiful area. Great beach, pools, amazing food, nice coctails, and very friendly staff members. We stayed in a family suite with private pool and it was worth it. We definetely want to come back one day.
The only thing that needs improvement is the lift leading to suites which did not work properly throughout our stay. "
