what can i say? the resort was awesome! the staff were awesome! my partner and i stayed at the resort with another couple for 7 days and couldn't fault anything. We would like to personally thank Suu and Win for all their efforts on making our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be back! thank you guys so much

Have been to koh samui many of times and this resort is by far the best i have stayed at. I found the staff very friendly, the barstaff made for good conversation and were very helpful with tour information .The location is perfect beach right at your door step, all your shopping and eating needs within minutes walk. Room was very clean and everything the pictures show. Would recommend this resort and will definitely be coming back.

All you need
Synergy Samui is in an ideal location, right on the beach and with an elevated outlook from the pool looking down on the beautiful waters. The staff are warm and welcoming and the hotel is located on Chaweng Beach Rd within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. This is a family friendly resort with focus on smaller groupings of people. Highly recommended at reasonable prices.

The center of Chaweng beach
The hotel is in the center of Chaweng beach.This location has the best beach. Everything thing you need is here. Kinda over priced but for the location and the comforts what else can you expect. 2 pools to choose from and a decent breakfast buffet, with friendly Filipino staff. (Thai staff would have been better since this is Thailand) The only thing is in the morning they unload all the jet-skies for the whole beach. So it could get noisy and hard to swim as they drop off like over 30 jet skies there.

Stylish design
Great room even if bathroom takes up huge amount of total space. Very close to beach and only a couple of minutes walk to main drag. Decent breakfast

Excellent location
Hotel was convenient to the beach and town. Everything was a short walk away. Beach was very nice, waves were big but not strong. Pool was nice. They share facilities with neighboring hotel, so there are two pools to enjoy. Room was nice and private. Breakfast was included which is always a nice bonus.

Great food in the cafe restaurant.
We have spent two days over in Chaweng and chooses Synergy over others as it has lesser units in the resort compare to others. Breakfast in the open cafe is a real experience overlooking both the pool and the sea. Great location, great food, great service, great pool. A short draw back is when we first move in there is a bit of smell though but it went a away after 5 mins.

Minimalism in Paradise
From the "Emperors New Clothes" School of design comes the Synergy Samui. I know the designers were trying very hard to be different, yet a thread bare hedgerow of tired shrubs for an entrance facade does not make for a tropical hotel. It is "bungalow style" layout bereft of any decoration. Maybe perfect on the upper East side of Manhattan but a total buzz kill on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. I chose the pool villa, just to be indulgent. The pool was dirty and we had to ask to have it cleaned. Our Villa backed up against the main pool, separated by a fence. Unlike the hotel right next door with a similar "pool villa" layout, we had no view of the ocean. The "Villa" itself had some serious design flaws. The entrance door was a narrow double swinging door that opened into the bathroom. The bathroom takes up half the size of the villa itself. The main focal point is a giant soaking tub with a really huge marble surround! With the giant tub and the private pool there was plenty of space to open a small fish hatchery!

I stayed in room 301 which had no wifi inside and noisy and uncontrollable air conditioning (only one fan speed - flat out - and no control of the temperature) I said nothing but surely a maintenance plan would be in place to check this sort of thing on a regular basis at a resort such as this. The room had a step down into the bathroom and another step into the shower. Be careful! The bar, restaurant, pools and health spa area were all fine.

Отличный вариант вблизи пляжа Chaweng
Провели неделю в Villa Connect, очень понравилось. Главное для нас - близость к пляжу, оборудованному собственными лежаками/зонтами, зонами с душем и т.п. - с этим всё супер. Виллы в отеле также все отличные, уборка ежедневно и на 5+. Пару раз забыли положить средство в фумигатор, но этот вопрос решается по звонку на ресепшен. Другое дело шумные соседи в Villa Connect. Одну ночь нам было действительно тяжело, с соседями не угадаешь :) Хотите гарантированной тишины - выбирайте собственную виллу. Еще из нюансов: - wifi в виллах посредственный (т.е. есть, но сигнал слабый со всеми вытекающими), - трансфер в аэропорт в позднее ночное / раннее утреннее время дороже, чем по прайсу, - если бронируете виллу по акции (со скидкой), отель не предоставляет бесплатный апгрейд виллы.

Personnel de l'hôtel au petit soin et agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. Bonne Propreté des chambres. Excellente proximité de la Plage de Chaweng beach. 2 piscines avec des bains de soleil en nombre. Nous avons fait les 3 types de chambre (connect, spa, pool), la spa me semble être le meilleur compromis bien que la poolvilla soit magnifique. Idéal en tout point, seul recommandation: si vous avez besoin d'un scooter louez plutôt à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, cela vous coûtera moins cher et les scooters sont en meilleur état que leur partenaire actuel.

Flott hotell, god service, sentralt og rolig.
Flott hotell rett på stranden. Kanskje litt dyrt i forhold til andre hotellbesøk, men i forhold til andre plasser på Koh Samui var dette visstnok en god pris. Kjempehyggelig service og generelt trivelig personell. Ligger en 10-15min gåtur fra party-området så er veldig lite støy om kvelden, samtidig som det er relativt sentralt. Ved neste besøk vil jeg bruke samme hotell.

舒服的飯店
位於熱鬧的主街上 但是由於單行道的關係 南往北的方向需要繞一段路 櫃台非常親切 可能由於入住的旅客不多 第二天的早餐變為單點而不是第一天的buffet 非常鄰近沙灘 很舒服的飯店

Et vakkert sted!
Synergy Samui er et nydelig lite hotell på stranden. Både hotellet og de ansatte står til en langt høyere karakter enn vi ventet fra prisen. Vi tilbragte 11 dager her, og skulle gjerne hatt fler. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

ほぼ良いのだが、クリーニングとお湯が・・・
ロケーションは完璧なビーチフロントで最高でした。　室内の広さはサムイ島にしては普通、設備はバスタブが付いていてシャワールームが別になっているのでサムイ島（チャウエンビーチ）としては素晴らしい。　残念なのは室内クリーニングがイマイチなのと、滞在中にお湯が出ず、水の出も悪かった状態が１回発生し、修理はしてくれたのですが、比較的新しいホテルとしてはどうか？と思いました。　ビーチフロントに宿泊するなた401・402号室のどちらかです。
