I do not want to be too harsh, but, the room I stayed in, 1 Bedroom Suite, was adequate but very basic. A little bit of age starting to show. No WiFi, to talk about, unless you ventured to the reception area. All the negatives start to outweigh the good.

Property was fairly new and pool facilities were good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were large with 2 TVs but neither worked very well. The pictures and sound were very poor as if no aerial. Unfortunately the room floors were pretty dirty with horrible stains. Needed a good wash. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had to be delivered to the room and had a good choice. I don't think there was a restaurant! We had to choose a time that we wanted delivery of breakfast. It was an hour late and cold didn't bother eating it.

Disappointed with my room

The initial apartment was awful and I genuinely am/was considering taking this much further, it was at the very least false advertising. I ending up having to upgrade to another apartment which cost an additional £11.00 per night for 18 nights on top of the amount already paid.

Eine in die Jahre gekommene Anlage mit vielen privaten Einheiten. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Bewertungen hier, war das Personal sehr nett, stets ansprechbar und hatten stets ein offenen Ohr. Das Zimmer selbst war für den von uns bezahlten Preis OK. Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Die Lage ist nahezu ideal, da zwischen zwei netten Buchten.

Godt hotel value for money

Venligt personale og gode faciliteter. René værelser, men ikke så tæt på stranden, man skal over en vej og den tætteste strand er ikke så charmerende. Men god value for money.

When entering the room there was a smell from the toilets / drains , the couch is in desperate need of a deep clean and the air con needs servicing . The staf were pleasant enough as were the facilities but had I been paying the full price rather than the sale price I would have complained there and then .

Edullinen hotelli isolla H:lla eli kaikki löytyy; uima-allas, kuntosali, tenniskenttä ja sauna. Ystävällinen henkilökunta,joka auttaa esim. ajoneuvon vuokraamisessa . Tilavassa huoneessa on keittiö kalusteineen ja parveke. Sijainti Fishermen Villagen läheisyydessä.

Hyvä 4-tähden hotelli Fishermen Villagen läheisyydessä. Iso uima-allas, kuntosali ja sauna asukkaiden käytössä. Lähistöllä runsaasti ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja. Oleskeluni aikana pihalla oli remontti, joka häiritsi jonkin verran. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Ei kannata liata pyyhkeitä, koska niistä joutuu maksamaan.

A little far from anything. The rooms are completely bare, no phone or little “trinkets”. The pool was nice as was the sauna but the hot tub wasn’t in use (hadn’t been for months) and the swim up bar didn’t open once. A disappointing place to be honest.

Zimmer hat nach Rauch gestunken, sehr sporadisch eingerichtet. Die meisten Zimmer sind dauerhaft vermietet und dem entsprechend bewohnt. Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Как дома!

Отель отличный! Все есть, расположение недалёко от прогулочной улицы Fisherman Village, минут 15 пешком. Если вы на машине или мопеде, идеальное место размещения. Есть спортзал, хаммам, миникуня, тостер и стиральная машина. Если вы хотите путешествовать по острову,а не сидеть в отеле, это идеальное место размещения за небольшую стоимость. Всем советую.

Little gem between Bo Phut and Bangrak.

A little isolated, so will need a motorcycle as taxi fares are costly. Apart from that, the room (grand studio) was very clean with very comfortable bedding

깨끗함. 그러나 위치가 영- 별로

시설도 깨끗하고 수영장도 크고 좋았어요. 근데 위치가 정말 별로- 비치에서도 멀고 시내랑도 멀고. 오토바이 렌트하면 상관없지만 그렇지않을 경우엔 택시비 엄청 나옵니다. 근처에 식당이없어요. 리조트내에서 드시는게 아니라면 무조건 시내로 나가야해요(입구에 편의점 있으니 주전부리야 거기서 해결한다쳐도..) 피셔맨스빌리지까지 택시비 200바트/챠웽비치까지 400바트나와요(편도 금액입니다) 아이동반 가족들은 지내기 좋아요. 레지던스는 대부분 유아동반 장기숙박객들이었어요. 배낭여행이라면 챠웽비치쪽 숙소잡기를 추천합니다.
