Hard to review here. Location is secluded (good and bad) Quick 15 minute Grab ride to anywhere including any food or store. You have restaurant on site but like most resorts food is ehhh and way over priced. Simple example can of Cola is $2.70usd , at 7/11 6 pack is $3.15usd Breakfast is $30 per person and dinner is around the same. Take the grab 15 minutes away and delicious food is $10 per person. The room is roomy and the private pool are nice and if you must stay in this area I would recommend it for the price of the room. Staff/service was subpar from start to finish.

Location is not close to street foods so unless get taxi everywhere are limited to the resort. Beach is small snorkelling is ok, water murky and limited opportunities. Pool is good, no swim up bar.

The hotel was lovely but, the staff are just so good and that is what made it perfect.

We had an amazing holiday here

Firstly, the staff were amazing, they created a WhatsApp group for us on arrival and they were very responsive and helpful. The location is awkward in that it is not very accessible due to the roads approaching the site being very steep, so steep they have a special electric buggy to ferry you between your villa and the main road. If you order a taxi it has to be an SUV as regular cars can’t get up the steep slopes. Because of this we felt a little trapped as we needed assistance to leave the property. The villa itself was spacious. We had a three bedroom villa that slept six but there was only four of us (two adults and two teenagers). The views are breathtakingly good, if you’re up early (or very late) you must watch the sunrise. The infinity pool is nice but there was only two sun beds and the space around the pool was so tight it wasn’t possible to rotate the beds to align them with the sun. The huge balcony under the pool running the entire width of the villa didn’t have any furniture which we felt was a real missed opportunity as it meant there wasn’t anywhere for the four of us to sit outside. Because of these things we felt a little ‘locked in’ which is the opposite of what we expect when renting villas. Everything in the villa worked but the kitchen setup was very basic, lastly, the mattress’ were cheap / very firm but when mentioning this to the team they fitted an extra topper to fit it. Our stay wasn’t terrible but it had the potential to be much better.
