Built around the time the Dutch settlers arrived (approx 200 years ago) now beautifully restored retaining is charm of a bygone Eara. Some of the walls built with coral and clay floor tiles remain intact. Bathrooms are modern and tiled

The two Storey villa has 4 AC bedrooms with ensuite modern tiled bathrooms.

The villa is spacious and well maintained by the team of staff, who are friendly, courteous and discreet.

Ground Floor has -

-Dining and seating on the verandahs over looking the ocean and pool.
-A hall with a dining table too is available for inside dining.
-One AC bedroom with ensuite large bathroom ( bathroom has too doors)
-a small study with a ceiling fan, ocean view, can be turned in to a single
small bedroom.

1st Floor- has wooden boarded floor.

- 3 airconditioned bedrooms with ensuite tiled modern bathrooms.
(one triple, One double and twin beds ). Two rooms have connecting
doors making it ideal for families with little children. One room has a
separate entrance and small balcony with sea view.

- Living room has comfortable sofas, Television and a Fridge for guests use
only.

- Long spacious verandah with comfortable seating

The staff will provide a 24/7 butler service. 3 Managers available.

The villa, Garden, Pool, Beach is cleaned daily in the morning and evenings if necessary.

Guests can bring their own alcohol. No corkage charged.
