"This is a brand new hotel. We were the first Expedia customers staying here. We were extremely happy with our stay. We had a great view of the water and harbour area of Ksamil. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast was was one of best we had during our stay in Albania. The roof top restaurant has amazing views. It is also where you eat breakfast. The staff working there are also wonderful. They are personable and truly want you to enjoy yourself. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is located in a very convenient place close to everything. The hotel doesn't have elevators but they helped with the luggage that was very nice. They offer trnasfer orn"taxi" but they over-priced the rate. I didn't like that The cost of a taxi is between 8 to 10 € they charged us 20. Other than that we had a good stay. "

"Really good property. Good value for money. Clean and got everything as advertised. Ants seem to be problem in the area and there might be few in the apartment. No mosquitoes. Had bit of trouble with shower, power cuts out sometimes..Seems to be our luck in that region. However, owner communicated swiftly. Area slightly run down, but only 15 minutes walk from beach/promenade/port and other amenities. Couldn’t ask for more with the price, would recommend. "
