They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention to Mani Raj who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The front desk team were also very sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Albania. we will definitely be back!"

"One of the loveliest places we have ever visited. Impeccably clean and spacious rooms, comfortable and soft beds. Amazing balcony with an unreal view. The restaurant is super modern and beautiful with an amazing sea view. The food is also so high end and delicious in the restaurant. The beach and deck overlooks an amazing sea Mountain View. Super helpful and sweet staff, unmatched hospitality and 24/7 desk. They are flexible and kind, giving the best recommendations for things to do in the area. Walking distance to the main promenade. Fantastic value for money and couldn’t recommend enough!!"

"The only reason it has 1 star is because I can note rate it as zero. No water, no electrics and then they refused to refund me. How can this place not offer the most basic amenities such as water. Id avpid at absolutely all costs! "

"The hotel was extremely nice. Everything was new and very comfortable. The manager Odisea was wonderful. He even helped me make a ferry reservation. Earlier in my trip I stayed in a five star hotel in Sarande, and it was not as nice as the Jako Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The "hotel" is more like an apartment and hard to access unless you're driving, especially if you have mobility issues. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that my ground-floor apartment booking was changed without notice to an“upgrade” that was nothing of the sort.The receptionist also made a rude comment about whether I was American or something to that effect. It felt dismissive, like he was questioning why I expected help, or that I was being unreasonable.The apartment wasn’t properly prepared—there was outdoor furniture inside, dirty cookware, no hand soap, and incomplete cutlery. Although he tried to get me the items I requested, there were still issues. For example, I asked for a bowl, but he claimed that bowls aren’t available in Albania, which I know isn’t true. Bowls are commonly used for salad, yogurt-based dishes, and soups. Next the receptionist acknowledged that the room gets cold so he went and brought a duvet/blanket but this is something that also put me off having to possibly be cold. The kettle didn’t work, and when I asked to swap it, none of the others worked either. The receptionist was combative and unhelpful when I voiced concerns.The photos on the website were misleading, showing sea views that didn’t exist in my room. Overall, the place is poorly managed, and if you're looking for a better experience, there are plenty of cleaner, more organized options in the area. This trip was for my 30th birthday, and I ended up leaving for a better place."

"We got a room with a single queen sized bed for the wife and I. Room looked like it was just recently built. Modern looking and functional. Plenty of places for your things. It appeared that most rooms had a balcony. Ours had a table with 2 chairs. It was a nice area to decompress after a busy day. We could see the sea from our balcony. The hotel has parking available for guests, but I would contact the hotel about availability. I believe there are more rooms than parking spots. During the busy summer months, parking may become an issue. The Sarande promenade is about 0.75 miles (1.2 ?K) walk down the road from the hotel. The scenery during the walk is worth it.The hotel is in the middle of town with plenty of shopping nearby. The Sarande castle was about 5 min drive from the hotel. The sun room common area has plenty of seats and even a tree growing thru it. The owners did a really nice job of making that room feel inviting. We had our breakfast in the sun room and the morning sun made it feel comfy. If your lucky you may see the furry residents that spend time in the sun room. One in particular çokollatë came up and got so many head scratches. "
