About this property
Cozy Country Cabin - Hot Tub + Outdoor Charm
Summary: I-40 runs right by us here in Kodak, Tennessee—kinda between Sevierville and Knoxville. Bass Pro and Smokies Stadium are only a few minutes out. Nights slow down once the traffic dies off. Some evenings you’ll catch frogs, other times it’s quiet enough to hear the wind hit the porch swing. The creek moves lazy behind the fire pit, and the hot tub’s just up from it. Feels like that easy Tennessee calm sneaks in before you realize.
The Space: Cabin’s set back in the trees a bit. Not hidden, not out in the open either. Feels like its own place. You can hear the creek once the air cools off at night. Sometimes earlier if you’re outside.
Morning’s slow here. Coffee first. Bit of fog, maybe. A bird or two gets started before much else. Around noon the sun slips through the branches and warms the porch boards. Later the light fades, quiet drifts back in.
Night goes how you want. Fire pit. Hot tub. Or nothing but still air and stars. Upstairs has a king bed and a full. No walls—just wood, air, open space. The tub up there has jets. Step outside and the shower’s tucked in the trees. Downstairs there’s a small kitchen. A couch that’ll pull you into a nap. Light moves across the floor through most of the day. Stop for a minute. Listen close. You’ll hear the creek before you see it.
Guest Access: Guests enjoy access, to the cabin its porch, the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor areas and a private parking spot. Check‑in details are sent once the reservation is confirmed.
The Neighborhood: We’re out near Kodak, Tennessee. It’s a quick hop to Bass Pro Shops, the ballpark, and the I-40 exit. Knoxville’s one way, Sevierville the other. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg sit a bit past that. Good middle ground—you get the Smoky Mountains close but still have peace and quiet when you’re done exploring. Close enough for all the fun, far enough for real rest.
Getting Around: A car is recommended. Parking is free on-site, and major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas are within a 20–40 minute drive.
Other Things to Note: In an effort to keep your out‑of‑pocket expenses to a minimum we skip the cleaning charge altogether. Please tidy up before checkout. Than a security deposit a $45 insurance policy is collected in lieu of a deposit. Once the reservation is locked in guests are expected to furnish an email address, a billing address and to e‑sign a agreement. Cancellation Policy: Strict – a 50 % refund is offered for any cancellation submitted 30 days ahead of the scheduled arrival. Should a cancellation occur within the 30‑day span nights that are not re‑booked are deemed non‑refundable. If we can rebook your dates we’ll refund the difference—. A processing fee and a one‑time $50 admin charge.
Interaction with Guests: We like to give guests complete privacy but are happy to assist when needed. You may see us tending to property upkeep or waving from a distance.

Just wanted to take a minute to say my wife and I THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, to the warmth of the cozy hot tub, to the quaint interior of the cabin...we felt right at home and enjoyed our time. We even took a quick rinse in the outdoor shower, which was a unique experience!!! We can't wait to get back and visit again.
Most charming cozy cabin you will ever stay in! Host was exceptional. Comfort and setting was a 10! Host went outnof her way to make us feel at home. Left us easter eggs to find with goodies. Hot tub was definitely a bonus and very nice! Pigs were an adorable addition. Will stay again!
The cabin was very cute and cozy. However, the best part of the property was the owner and her family. We just really enjoyed getting to know them and loved their little cabin.
We loved our stay at the cabin. The check in was very easy. The host was very responsive and helpful. We loved the nature around the house and very convenient location. They fast internet was very handy.
The trip was great , the fact that the owner was not only in property but inside the cabin in an adjacent room - not behind a locked private door - the door opened from our side and there was a sheet of insulation between the two . This was not very secure or private ! Won’t be returning to this particular property ! Although it was as described the owner on property in the house next to the bedroom was not private at all ! Very strange and uneasy feeling ! Hot tub on the porch with the owner inside is beyond creepy !

My family has stayed at this place twice & love it
This place is away from town, kinda secluded. We have visited twice and will go back again. Our first visit was quiet, no cable, wifi, cell service, or internet; our girls realized what life use to be like, but they did survive. Since then it has been upgraded to tv, cell service, and I believe internet. It is quiet, no one to bother you. Not much noise except you can hear the interstate traffic, but still not loud. We enjoy it so much we just hang out enjoying each other as a family, this doesn't happen at home. Its only 2 hours from our home, it is a relaxing place with a fire pit & a grilling area across the creek. There's an outdoor shower with hot water and a hot tub. Amazing place, not too far from Pigeon Forge, just out from the Sieverville/ Kodak exit 407. Karen is a great host/ manager that we would like to call our friend. She is a great person and very welcoming, friendly and only comes around to welcome you in, but we felt very comfy being around her we invite her and her daughter to come hang out with our family. She comes and goes past the cabin mainly to the driveway, never bothering a soul, but will speak if she sees you. There are pigs over across the driveway, fenced in and kinda cute, but there are pigs. Everything is very clean and home like, except it has a loft, not individual bedrooms. We actually enjoyed having our daughter close to us, even though we are all adults. I hope whoever stays here enjoyed their stay as we do. See you again soon.
Great and convenient spot near the Mountains, Knoxville, and Pigeon Forge/Sevierville
Karen is a great host and her cabin is well kept and really unique and a great place to stay. Very comfortable, all the amenities you would need and more. She was very helpful with us and easy to get in touch with, and also had some breakfast items for us which was such a treat.
I will note the cabin is just right over the hill from the interstate (I40), which is both super convenient for getting in and out to other areas, but also fairly noisy at night, so bring a sound machine or earplugs if you are sensitive to road noise like that.
But other than that, we had a great stay and absolutely recommend it.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend if you're in the area. The host lives on site and was more than accommodating, she added a lot of touches to make the stay feel special (including a s'mores platter, breakfast essentials like eggs, milk, pancake mix, etc) so we really appreciated that! I was a little disappointed that the fireplace isn't functional (insurance purposes) and the bathroom doesn't have a shower (tub only). She does compensate with an exterior fire pit area and outdoor shower though, these things didn't affect our stay too much but are note worthy. She has newer living room furniture than pictured, that was a nice surprise. Our kids had a blast in this cabin, we would definitely book again!
Everything was wonderful, the property owner was so helpful and accommodating she made us feel very welcomed. She does go out of her way with allot of extra stuff that most don’t do.
The cabin was exactly as the photos probably better! A wonderful stay in a clean and cozy cabin. I can’t say enough good things about the cabin and host!

The hostess was absolutely the best. The location is extremely clean and well maintained. It’s only a short drive to all of the local attractions while still being secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
Karen was a dream. She was very open with communication, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The location
From Town is The perfect distance to feel secluded, but still be able to go do things. We will be back again Very very soon.
