We absolutely loved Hotel Niwa! It was clean, comfortable, and the relaxation room was great! It is a short train ride to the center, but in a quiet neighborhood

The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is closer to Shinagawa station, handy to 7-11 and other amenities

This was my second stay at the hotel. I love the location. It is located about 2 blocks from the Asakusa Line. It is just across the street from the Ginza Line and one of the 2 tourist information centers in Asakusa. There is a 7-Eleven store on the same side of the street a couple of stores to the right. Just around the corner is the start of a shopping street and a McDonalds. Nakamise Shopping street is a block and a half away. There is a small dept store across the street with a fine Yakiniku restaurant on the 7th floor. While we were there we were fortunate to be located in the midst of the 3-day-long Sanja Matsuri festival. It was exciting and it was easy to be very near to the procession of floats. The twin room was small but everything was well maintained and modern. Service was pleasant and accommodating.
