"Stay was good because of the view of the valley! The room heater was bit noisy! I didn’t find any thermostat for air conditioner either so I am wondering if they have any. Staff were attentive and polite. Food was okay! Not bad! "

"Clean room, helpful staff, good omelete breakfasts. Channel selection on cable was bad. I couldn't find a cricket channel. As a matter of fact, most channels don't get any signal. Gret valley view in the morning. Close to Coakers walk and the Lake."

"I stayed in a comfortable and spacious Deluxe Room, with a peaceful and pleasant ambience that was perfect for relaxing both mind and body. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. I had opted for the AP plan (All meals included – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) and the food was absolutely outstanding. Every meal was rich in flavour, generously portioned, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully served, making dining a real highlight of the stay. The lavatory was relatively very small, and room cleanliness has to be improved. Other than this, the overall stay was truly excellent. "

"The homestay is in a great location with beautiful views all around. Service was excellent and the hosts made the stay very comfortable. There’s no mobile network in the area, but the Wi-Fi is decent enough for basic use. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind."

"One of my best stays. Me and My family loved the property so much. The cottage 1001(steam view cottage) was best in privacy and large lawn around cottage to play, walk, roam around, seperate outdoor sitout, seperate big camp fire area. Only 1 drawback was driving my small hatchback car, 6 km road we have to drive kind of off road. Many places we have to drive carefully, that's it. My i10 made it without issue but initially I got it in the car bottom, in return, i tackled it carefully, so issues overall. Jeep Safari arranged by zacs valley was very much worth it. Staffs were very friendly."
