I had a really good time, this hotel is very near from sannomiya station, sannomiya shopping street and the view from the hotel is also great. Staff is really helpful and polite. Of course the room is smaller but that’s I think the case everywhere in Japan. Overall it was a really great experience.

Great location. Across from the updated park. Easy to get to the center of Sannomiya. The only issue was that it smelled something when I first walked into the room. I confirmed it is a non-smoking room. I immediately turned on the AC for air circulation and the air cleaner for removing air muddiness. I went out for a few minutes, and it became okay. Otherwise perfect.

We had a three person room, with the third bed as a pull-out sofa. As you could expect, the mattress on the pull-out was pretty stiff. The room was quiet and we were super conveniently right across from the laundry room. The laundry was internet connected so no hassle with plugging in a bunch of 100 yen coins. The hotel was in a good location for getting to/from the station as well as to dining options.
