"Overall, we loved the hotel, location and the fab rooftop bar. Great service and drinks/food there. We kept warm with heaters and blankets. Its a must do. We had a superior king room which we found a bit small. But clean if a bit bland. "

"I loved this place, but my review would be higher if they had an air conditioner. I paid for two rooms, and when we called the front desk while we were sweating, they told us we couldn't change it. The air/heating affects the whole floor. We did have a window we could open, but the nights would be loud. This is in a great location and walkable to about everything. "

"Very nice stay in Osaka. I'd recommend or stay here again, no doubt. We had no idea what to expect with access to the 'Executive' stay. We were pleasantly surprised by what that gave us access to. We ended our evenings looking out over the city. A+ room and staff, not a thing we could complain about. "
